Anem per parts.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p><strong>Per hidrataci\u00f3 no tan sols entenem el beure l\u00edquids, si no que s\u2019ha de tenir en compte tota l\u2019aigua continguda en els aliments que ingerim. A tot aix\u00f2, hem d\u2019associar una s\u00e8rie de factors amb l\u2019edat, el clima.. i d\u2019altres circumstancies vitals<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Partim de la base que l\u2019aigua \u00e9s indispensable per a la vida i que la podem considerar un nutrient essencial. D\u2019aquesta manera, i per tal de prevenir els efectes de la deshidrataci\u00f3, <strong>hem d\u2019ingerir una quantitat d\u2019aigua total (l\u00edquids + aliments), en l\u2019edat adulta entre 2 a 3 litres, dels quals el 81% ser\u00e0 de l\u00edquids, i el 19% de l\u00edquid contingut en els aliments<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Aquestes quantitats poden haver d\u2019augmentar o disminuir per determinats factors com l\u2019activitat f\u00edsica, el medi ambient, les malalties\u2026A tenir en compte, que la toxicitat aguda d\u2019aigua no es impossible. Per tant, no fer un consum r\u00e0pid de grans quantitats que puguin excedir el m\u00e0xim dels nivells d\u2019eliminaci\u00f3 renal.<\/p>\n<p>Per tal d\u2019evitar tant la toxicitat com la deshidrataci\u00f3, caldr\u00e0 preservar el mecanisme de la set (desig de beure indu\u00eft per raons fisiol\u00f2giques i conductuals resultants d\u2019una defici\u00e8ncia h\u00eddrica).<\/p>\n<p><strong>La necessitat de l\u00edquids varia per a cada persona en funci\u00f3 de la seva activitat, h\u00e0bits, dieta, condicions ambientals i malalties<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Amb l\u2019edat hi ha una menor ingesta de l\u00edquids per determinats factors com la disminuci\u00f3 de la percepci\u00f3 de la set, m\u00e9s freq\u00fcent en malalties amb degeneraci\u00f3 del sistema nervi\u00f3s central, sacietat prematura,\u2026 tamb\u00e9 tenir en compte que hi ha gent gran que disminueix la freq\u00fc\u00e8ncia per evitar episodis d\u2019incontin\u00e8ncia orinaria. Tanmateix, caldr\u00e0 garantir l\u2019accessibilitat a l\u2019injecta per a la gent gran, per exemple, no sempre es f\u00e0cil obrir una ampolla. Per tant la gent gran \u00e9s molt susceptible a la deshidrataci\u00f3 .<\/p>\n<p><strong>Els requeriments de l\u00edquids variaran segons les situacions, haur\u00edem de seguir les seg\u00fcents recomanacions si:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>la temperatura ambient augmenta&#8212; incrementar 300ml per grau que passi dels 37\u00bac temperatura<\/li>\n<li>les alteracions digestives (diarrea)&#8212;augmentar uns 600ml\/dia<\/li>\n<li>les situacions que augmentin les necessitats (febre, exercici\u2026)&#8212; augmentar fins a un m\u00e0xim de 3-4l\/dia<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>Recomanacions\/conclusions d\u2019ingesta d\u2019aigua en gent gran<\/strong> :<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Cal que ho beguin com a un nutrient m\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Els facilita la digesti\u00f3 i eliminaci\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Cal que s\u00e0piguen que les necessitats de l\u00edquids varien per:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>falla la percepci\u00f3 de set<\/li>\n<li>en funci\u00f3 de la dieta i l\u2019activitat f\u00edsica<\/li>\n<li>per mantenir la funci\u00f3 renal i el transit intestinal<\/li>\n<li>pels problemes de salut<\/li>\n<li>f\u00e0rmacs<\/li>\n<li>augment \/disminuci\u00f3 de p\u00e8rdues h\u00eddriques<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&#8211; Que les necessitats basals de l\u00edquids han de ser entres 2,5-3l \/dia (8-10 gots).<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Situacions d\u2019estres, cal augmentar l\u2019injecta.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Que l\u2019injecta ha de ser gradual durant tot el dia: no serveix de res beure tot de seguit.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Que a cada \u00e0pat, un got d\u2019aigua per afavorir la digesti\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Que davant de determinades patologies (insufici\u00e8ncia renal, edemes, cardiopaties congestives\u2026) s\u2019ha de disminuir l\u2019injecta sempre consultant amb el seu metge especialista.<\/p>\n<p>Per tant, hi ara que arriba l\u2019estiu tothom a hidratar-se per evitar grans ensurts.<\/p>\n<p>Dra.
