Cuida la teva <strong>salut<\/strong> per Nadal.<!--more-->\u00a0Tal i com ens explicava la nutricionista, Cristina S\u00e1nchez, en <em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.activasalut.com\/ca\/compensar-durante-las-fiestas-navidenas\/\" target=\"_blank\">Com compensar els menjars nadalencs<\/a><\/em><strong>: \u201c<\/strong>el consum de calories pot veure\u2019s augmentat en\u00a0<strong>1000-1500 kcal<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>per cada menjar, <\/strong>A m\u00e9s, normalment se sol disminuir la pr\u00e0ctica d\u2019exercici f\u00edsic per les vacances i falta de temps ja que ho ocupem als preparatius i a la compra de regals\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Per aquest motiu, a l\u2019equador de les festes us donem algunes recomanacions f\u00e0cils a seguir perqu\u00e8 la vostra <strong>salut<\/strong> (i pes) no es ressenteixi:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Desterrar la frase tan nociva de \u201cja comen\u00e7ar\u00e9 a fer dieta passades les festes\u201d.<\/li>\n<li>Ser conscient que no cal fer dieta, s\u2019ha de poder menjar i beure de tot per\u00f2 amb seny.<\/li>\n<li>Els dies que no hi hagin \u00e0pats familiares, s\u2019ha de disminuir la ingesta de calories tant s\u00f2lides com l\u00edquides. Potenciar les verdures, amanides, planxa, etc.<\/li>\n<li>Beure m\u00e9s de dos litres d\u2019aigua di\u00e0ria i infusions depuratives<\/li>\n<li><strong>Augmentar el nivell d\u2019exercici f\u00edsic<\/strong>:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 60px;\">-Aquests dies s\u00f3n d\u2019aquells que normalment ens pensem que no es t\u00e9 suficient temps per fer-ho tot. Hem de desterrar aquesta creen\u00e7a i la manca de temps l\u2019hem de compensar amb una bona planificaci\u00f3. Di\u00e0riament hem de llistar les tasques del dia seg\u00fcent incloent-hi una estona per dur a terme l\u2019activitat f\u00edsica espec\u00edfica (caminar, bicicleta, gimn\u00e0s, etc.)<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 60px;\">-Disminuir al m\u00e0xim l\u2019\u00fas del cotxe o de qualsevol transport rodat. Sempre que es pugui anar caminant.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 60px;\">-Eliminar la utilitzaci\u00f3 dels ascensors. Pujar i baixar escales \u00e9s una activitat molt saludable que consumeix moltes calories<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 60px;\">-Obligar-nos a caminar a ritme m\u00e9s r\u00e0pid de lo normal al menys una hora di\u00e0ria.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 60px;\">-Di\u00e0riament fer exercicis respiratoris ja que milloren el ritme metab\u00f2lic. Si ho combinem amb uns estiraments suaus i deu minuts de relaxaci\u00f3 els beneficis seran m\u00e9s alts.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 60px;\">-Els dies d\u2019\u00e0pats forts, no allargar la sobretaula, i instaurar la passejada familiar.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 60px;\">-Si som usuaris d\u2019algun gimn\u00e0s, intentar anar-hi cada dia i potenciar les activitats aer\u00f2biques.<\/p>\n<p>Aquests s\u00f3n dies que a la taula se seuen diferents generacions, potser \u00e9s un dels moments per transmetre als m\u00e9s menuts que el m\u00e9s important no \u00e9s el menjar i el beure amb desmesura, sin\u00f3 que l\u2019essencial \u00e9s la trobada familiar, l\u2019harmonia i la festa. <strong>L\u2019educaci\u00f3 \u00e9s la millor eina que tenim al nostre abast per incorporar els h\u00e0bits saludables<\/strong>.
