Per\u00f2 no \u00e9s necessari passar gana per aquest motiu, s\u00f3n molts els aliments que podem consumir i que ens poden ajudar a compensar i rebaixar el pes guanyat. <strong>El gran error que es sol cometre \u00e9s rec\u00f3rrer a les famoses <a href=\"https:\/\/www.activasalut.com\/ca\/dieta-pre-estiuenca\/\" target=\"_blank\">\u2018dietes miracle\u2019<\/a>, un pla que en un primer moment resulta senzill i amb resultats r\u00e0pids per\u00f2 que poden posar en risc la nostra salut<\/strong>. Existeix una s\u00e8rie d&#8217;aliments recomanables que ens poden ajudar a baixar de pes de forma saludable:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Verdures<\/strong>: Qualsevol tipus de verdura es situa dins d&#8217;una dieta equilibrada, ens aporten fibra i ajuden a afavorir el tr\u00e0nsit intestinal i a sentir-se satisfet amb major rapidesa. Durant la nit \u00e9s preferible no consumir verdures crues ja que s\u00f3n m\u00e9s dif\u00edcil de digerir i retenen l\u00edquids.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Fruita<\/strong>: Recomanable prendre-la entre hores (mig mat\u00ed i berenar), ens aporten molta fibra, vitamines i minerals. Les menys cal\u00f2riques i baixes en sucres s\u00f3n la pinya, el kiwi, la pera, la poma o la mandarina.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Carn<\/strong>: La carn tamb\u00e9 forma part d&#8217;una dieta equilibrada. \u00c9s preferible consumir carns magres com el pollastre, el conill o el gall dindi. La forma de cuinar-la tamb\u00e9 \u00e9s important, a la planxa, al forn o cuita.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Amanides<\/strong>: No tenen per qu\u00e8 ser nom\u00e9s d&#8217;enciam, hi ha multitud de variants com d&#8217;espinacs, canonges o end\u00edvies, contenen menys quantitat d&#8217;aigua i molta fibra.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Peix<\/strong>: Tenint en compte que els peixos amb menys calories (grasses) s\u00f3n els peixos blancs (llu\u00e7, bacall\u00e0, daurada, llobarro o rap entre uns altres). Existeixen moltes formes de cuinar-los; al vapor, al forn, al papillota o a la planxa.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Per beure, clarament l&#8217;aigua (en totes les seves versions) \u00e9s indispensable en una alimentaci\u00f3 saludable.
