Tranquil, no ets l\u2019\u00fanic.<\/p>\n<p><strong>El dolor lumbar afecta a la majoria de persones en algun moment de la vida i \u00e9s una de les causes principals de baixes laborals<\/strong>.<!--more-->La zona lumbar es veu afectada per una mala postura assegut o dret i per carregar pesos en posicions incorrectes.<\/p>\n<p>Els m\u00fasculs lumbars, s\u00f3n els encarregats de mantenir la postura ( s\u00f3n t\u00f2nics ) i tenen tend\u00e8ncia a l\u2019escur\u00e7ament i retracci\u00f3 que pot provocar dolor i el conseq\u00fcent desequilibri estructural i per tant una postura incorrecta.<\/p>\n<p>Els <strong>estiraments<\/strong> poden ajudar a millorar les principals qualitats f\u00edsiques; for\u00e7a, velocitat, resist\u00e8ncia i complement\u00e0riament la coordinaci\u00f3, mobilitat i flexibilitat. Per\u00f2 tamb\u00e9 ajuden a relaxar-se, con\u00e8ixer el propi cos i millorar la postura.<\/p>\n<p>Amb l\u2019ajut dels estiraments, enfortim la musculatura abdominal i psoes. Aquests m\u00fasculs ajudaran a que la columna lumbar tingui un millor recolzament i aix\u00ed alleujar el dolor. Realitzant estiraments, relaxar\u00e0s la zona lumbar, la flexibilitzar\u00e0s i l\u2019enfortir\u00e0s.
