Existeixen dos tipus de dolor: el <strong>dolor<\/strong> d&#8217;<strong>origen mec\u00e0nic<\/strong> i el <strong>dolor d&#8217;origen no mec\u00e0nic<\/strong>.<!--more--><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">Dolor d&#8217;esquena d\u2019origen mec\u00e0nic<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><strong>\u00c9s el dolor produ\u00eft per les pr\u00f2pies estructures que componen l\u2019esquena<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Alguns exemples de <strong>dolor<\/strong> de tipus <strong>mec\u00e0nic<\/strong> s\u00f3n:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>El produ\u00eft per l\u2019<strong>artrosi<\/strong>, el desgast de les articulacions<\/li>\n<li>Una <strong>h\u00e8rnia discal<\/strong> produ\u00efda per micro traumatismes<\/li>\n<li>Les <strong>contractures musculars<\/strong> produ\u00efdes pels esfor\u00e7os continuats, els sobreesfor\u00e7os puntuals i les postures inadequades.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<blockquote><p>El 90% de les causes de mal d\u2019esquena s\u00f3n d\u2019origen mec\u00e0nic.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">Dolor d&#8217;esquena d\u2019origen no mec\u00e0nic<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><strong>\u00c9s el provocat per una alteraci\u00f3 en algun dels \u00f2rgans interns<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.activasalut.com\/ca\/category\/cuidat\/gestio-de-les-emocions\/page\/2\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Un altre tipus de dolor no mec\u00e0nic \u00e9s el dolor de tipus emocional<\/a>. \u00c9s la causa de dolor m\u00e9s dif\u00edcil d\u2019identificar, per\u00f2 hem de saber quines situacions de tensi\u00f3 poden afectar la salut de l\u2019esquena: l\u2019estr\u00e8s, la baixa autoestima, un estat d\u2019\u00e0nim alterat com la depressi\u00f3, poden propiciar el seguir h\u00e0bits poc saludables com l\u2019a\u00efllament social, la disminuci\u00f3 de l\u2019activitat f\u00edsica, una alimentaci\u00f3 inadequada, un descans poc reparador &#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Tot aix\u00f2 pot repercutir en la salut de la teva esquena produint una major tensi\u00f3 muscular que acabar\u00e0 manifestant-se en dolor.<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">Recomanacions<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Per alleujar el dolor d\u2019esquena i prevenir futures crisis <a href=\"https:\/\/www.activasalut.com\/ca\/padeces-de-dolor-lumbar-cuidate-haciendo-estiramientos\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">\u00e9s recomanable incorporar dins la rutina di\u00e0ria alguna taula d\u2019exercicis espec\u00edfics per augmentar la resist\u00e8ncia muscular<\/a>. \u00c9s important que un especialista indiqui quins exercicis s\u00f3n els m\u00e9s adequats per a cada cas i supervisi la correcta realitzaci\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>Indicacions per a la pr\u00e0ctica dels exercicis:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00c9s important partir d\u2019una posici\u00f3 inicial correcta<\/li>\n<li>Concentrar l\u2019atenci\u00f3 en la zona que es treballa<\/li>\n<li>Realitzar els exercicis lentament, \u00e9s m\u00e9s efica\u00e7 i segur<\/li>\n<li>Acompanyar els exercicis amb un ritme respiratori tranquil<\/li>\n<li>Aprendre a coordinar la respiraci\u00f3 amb el moviment<\/li>\n<li>Aprendre a trobar el punt de tensi\u00f3 sense provocar dolor<\/li>\n<li>Si un exercici provoca dolor cal interrompre\u2019l i consultar al terapeuta<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>La pr\u00e0ctica i la const\u00e0ncia s\u00f3n les claus per obtenir els beneficis de l\u2019exercici<\/strong>.
