Segons alguns estudis la fibra pot aportar nombrosos beneficis.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>S&#8217;ent\u00e9n per <strong>fibra<\/strong>, a<strong>quella part dels aliments no digerible enzim\u00e0ticament i per tant, no presenta funci\u00f3 nutricional alguna<\/strong>. El contingut recomanat en la dieta \u00e9s al voltant de 30-40 grams (g) al dia. No obstant aix\u00f2, el consum real a Espanya se situa entre els 17 i 21 g\/dia. Es tracta d&#8217;una situaci\u00f3 que pot millorar-se amb certs canvis com: <strong>substituir pa blanc per integral, arr\u00f2s i pasta blancs per integrals i els sucs de fruita per fruita sencera. Si, a m\u00e9s, incrementem el consum de llegums i fruita seca encara millor<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Dins de la fam\u00edlia de fibres podem distingir entre dos tipus:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Insolubles<\/strong>: s\u00f3n escassament degradades, \u00e9s a dir, s&#8217;excreten pr\u00e0cticament \u00edntegres. Aliments rics en fibres insolubles s\u00f3n el seg\u00f3, els cigrons, les mongetes, les llenties o els c\u00edtrics.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Solubles<\/strong>: s\u00f3n m\u00e9s viscoses, per la qual cosa alenteixen el tr\u00e0nsit intestinal i retarda el buidament g\u00e0stric, afavorint l&#8217;absorci\u00f3 de nutrients.
