{"id":2135,"date":"2016-05-27T07:00:55","date_gmt":"2016-05-27T05:00:55","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.activasalut.com\/ca\/?p=2135"},"modified":"2016-05-26T12:48:56","modified_gmt":"2016-05-26T10:48:56","slug":"el-azucar-un-ingrediente-cada-vez-mas-utilizado","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.activasalut.com\/ca\/el-azucar-un-ingrediente-cada-vez-mas-utilizado\/","title":{"rendered":"El sucre, un ingredient cada vegada m\u00e9s utilitzat"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>El <strong>sucre<\/strong> est\u00e0 cada vegada m\u00e9s est\u00e8s en la ind\u00fastria aliment\u00e0ria i forma una gran part en el nostre consum diari ja que molts dels aliments i begudes contenen nivells d&#8217;aquest component en major o menor mesura.<!--more--> Avui dia, <strong>el consum diari s&#8217;estableix entre un 18 i 20%<\/strong>, unes quantitats desorbitades en contra del recomanat per les Autoritats Sanit\u00e0ries i l&#8217;OMS, que es redueixen a la meitat.<\/p>\n<p>Podem trobar <strong>un primer grup d&#8217;aliments rics en sucres<\/strong> compost per aliments ensucrats com poden ser <strong>el sucre de taula, les llaminadures, els caramels, les begudes ensucrades i begudes per a esportistes, sucs de fruites, begudes l\u00e0ctiques, xarops i cacau soluble ensucrat<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Tamb\u00e9 existeix un contingut elevat de sucres <strong>en molts altres aliments<\/strong> com melmelades, dol\u00e7 de codony, iogurts ensucrats, flams, natilles, brioixeria, galetes i xocolates i cremes de cacau.<\/p>\n<p>I en \u00faltim lloc per\u00f2 no menys important, una gran varietat d&#8217;aliments en els quals no imaginem que cont\u00e9 sucre per\u00f2 ve camuflat per conservar ja que, a m\u00e9s d&#8217;endolcir, exerceix la <strong>funci\u00f3 de conservant<\/strong> per la seva capacitat d\u2019inhibir el creixement microbi\u00e0. Aix\u00f2 ho podem trobar en el seu etiquetatge d&#8217;ingredients. \u00c9s el cas d&#8217;embotits, alguns pans i alguns aliments processats.<\/p>\n<p>Els riscos d&#8217;aquest exc\u00e9s de sucres en la nostra alimentaci\u00f3 implica una pitjor qualitat en la dieta i un major risc d&#8217;obesitat. A m\u00e9s est\u00e0 vinculat en un major risc en c\u00e0ries dental, hipertensi\u00f3, hipercolesterol\u00e8mia i malalties vasculars, entre altres, tant en poblaci\u00f3 adulta com infantil.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Recomanacions<\/strong><\/span>: Segons l&#8217;OMS els nivells de sucre ha d&#8217;estar al voltant del 5 al 10% de consum diari, aix\u00f2 implica, que en una dieta de 2000 kcal\/dia, el seu consum no ha de sobrepassar les 100-200 calories.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Consells pr\u00e0ctics<\/strong><\/span>: Algunes mesures que podem dur a terme sense que ens resulti dif\u00edcil ni convertir-se en una obsessi\u00f3 serien:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Substituir aliments rics en sucres i processats<\/strong> per aquells menys ensucrats i m\u00e9s naturals. Exemples: iogurts naturals o si es prefereix condimentar-los amb una mica de sucre bru integral, reduir al m\u00ednim el consum de begudes ensucrades, evitar el consum de brioixeria en nens i substituir-ho per entrepans i fruita,\u2026<\/li>\n<li><strong>Llegir-nos detingudament l&#8217;etiquetatge<\/strong> d&#8217;aliments esmentats anteriorment ja que en molts aliments que no imaginem pot contenir-ho.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Reduir en gran mesura o evitar el consum de sucre de taula<\/strong> (caf\u00e8s, iogurts, pastisseria feta a casa). En alguns casos podem prendre l&#8217;aliment sense afegir-li sucre i apreciar m\u00e9s el sabor natural de l&#8217;aliment o si no \u00e9s possible afegir-li un altre tipus d\u2019endolcidor en comptes de sucre blanc refinat (sucre bru de canya integral, extracte natural d\u2019estevia o xarop d\u2019agave, en la seva justa
