{"id":2367,"date":"2016-10-07T07:00:03","date_gmt":"2016-10-07T05:00:03","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.activasalut.com\/ca\/?p=2367"},"modified":"2016-10-07T08:02:01","modified_gmt":"2016-10-07T06:02:01","slug":"proteinas-aspectos-a-favor-y-en-contra","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.activasalut.com\/ca\/proteinas-aspectos-a-favor-y-en-contra\/","title":{"rendered":"Prote\u00efnes, aspectes a favor i en contra"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Moltes de les malalties de la societat actual s\u00f3n degudes al nostre estil de vida i la majoria tenen el seu origen en trastorns metab\u00f2lics b\u00e0sics. \u00c9s per aix\u00f2 que per controlar aquestes funcions metab\u00f2liques, hem d&#8217;assegurar-nos que disposem dels nutrients essencials del nostre organisme.<!--more-->Un d&#8217;aquests nutrients imprescindibles, s\u00f3n les <strong>prote\u00efnes<\/strong>, i <strong>l&#8217;organisme les utilitza sobretot per a la construcci\u00f3 i reparaci\u00f3 de diferents estructures del nostre cos, com poden ser els m\u00fasculs, la pell, el cabell i les ungles.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>No obstant aix\u00f2 moltes persones posen en risc la seva salut per menjar aquestes prote\u00efnes en exc\u00e9s o en defecte.<\/p>\n<p>A difer\u00e8ncia d&#8217;altres subst\u00e0ncies, com poden ser els greixos, <strong>les prote\u00efnes no es poden emmagatzemar en el nostre cos i si hi ha exc\u00e9s d&#8217;elles, han d&#8217;eliminar-se.<\/strong> Si b\u00e9 disposem de sistemes d&#8217;eliminaci\u00f3 eficients, tot exc\u00e9s de prote\u00efnes suposa un cert grau d&#8217;intoxicaci\u00f3 que provoca la destrucci\u00f3 d&#8217;alguns teixits, arribant a ocasionar malaltia o envelliment prematur, si aquest exc\u00e9s es perllonga molt en el temps. <strong>Els \u00f2rgans que m\u00e9s es danyen si ens passem en el consum de prote\u00efnes s\u00f3n el fetge i els ronyons. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00c9s per aix\u00f2, que per mantenir un equilibri adequat en la ingesta de prote\u00efnes, nom\u00e9s el 10-15% de les nostres fonts d&#8217;energia, han de procedir de les prote\u00efnes. Les \u201cpurines\u201d de les prote\u00efnes vegetals es produeixen en menor quantitat i es filtren i s&#8217;eliminen millor.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Podem afirmar doncs, que una dieta alta en prote\u00efnes d&#8217;origen animal augmenta la probabilitat de contreure determinades malalties (sobretot C\u00e0ncer i problemes cardiovasculars). <\/strong>Per\u00f2 aquesta afirmaci\u00f3 no \u00e9s tan encertada depenent de la nostra edat. La ingesta moderada de prote\u00efnes d&#8217;origen animal \u00e9s recomanable per a les persones, una vegada superats els 65 anys.<\/p>\n<p>Diferents estudis cient\u00edfics han demostrat que les prote\u00efnes tenen un efecte diferent en l&#8217;organisme, depenent de l&#8217;etapa de la vida en les quals es prenguin.<\/p>\n<h4>Col\u00b7l\u00e0gen<\/h4>\n<p>La clau estaria en una prote\u00efna que controla l&#8217;hormona del creixement. Els \u00e9ssers humans produeixen una quantitat elevada d&#8217;aquesta hormona fins als 30 anys, per\u00f2 a partir d&#8217;aquest moment decreix la seva producci\u00f3 i disminueix l&#8217;exc\u00e9s a partir dels 65 anys, i aquest d\u00e8ficit \u00e9s el que contribueix al debilitament muscular.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c9s per aix\u00f2 que hem de fer esment especial d&#8217;una de les prote\u00efnes m\u00e9s abundants en el nostre organisme, el <strong>col\u00b7l\u00e0gen<\/strong> i que col\u00b7labora en la funci\u00f3 de suport del nostre cos, aportant solidesa i consist\u00e8ncia als nostres m\u00fasculs i articulacions. Aquesta prote\u00efna nom\u00e9s pot ser elaborada per organismes d&#8217;origen animal. Com a conseq\u00fc\u00e8ncia dels processos metab\u00f2lics en les persones d&#8217;edat avan\u00e7ada que s\u00f3n cada vegada m\u00e9s lents, el <strong>col\u00b7l\u00e0gen<\/strong> comen\u00e7a tamb\u00e9 a disminuir, provocant manques importants que han de suplir-se amb una dieta una mica m\u00e9s rica en prote\u00efnes d&#8217;origen animal.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Entre els aliments que s\u00f3n rics en <strong>col\u00b7l\u00e0gen<\/strong>, trobem el pollastre, porc, gall dindi, peix, vaca, cabra, cavall i bou.
