Igual que la resta d&#8217;aliments vegetals, <strong>no cont\u00e9 colesterol<\/strong>. Aporten entre 2-2\u20195 g de fibra\/100g. Amb la qual cosa, es poden considerar id\u00f2nies per incloure dins d&#8217;una dieta equilibrada i per a persones diab\u00e8tiques o amb hipercolesterol\u00e8mia. El consum de bolets en aquesta zona d&#8217;\u00c0sia est\u00e0 \u00e0mpliament dif\u00f3s.<\/li>\n<li>Altres com la <strong><em>g\u00edrgola<\/em><\/strong>, el <strong><em>rovell\u00f3<\/em><\/strong>, l&#8217;<strong><em>amanita ces\u00e0ria <\/em><\/strong>o el <strong><em>rossinyol<\/em><\/strong> s\u00f3n de consum m\u00e9s habitual a Espanya.<\/li>\n<li>Cal destacar la <strong><em>t\u00f2fona<\/em><\/strong>, un fong d&#8217;elevat valor gastron\u00f2mic utilitzat en l&#8217;alta cuina.
