{"id":2512,"date":"2016-12-02T07:30:44","date_gmt":"2016-12-02T06:30:44","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.activasalut.com\/ca\/?p=2512"},"modified":"2016-12-01T19:01:08","modified_gmt":"2016-12-01T18:01:08","slug":"pautas-para-mejorar-la-artritis","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.activasalut.com\/ca\/pautas-para-mejorar-la-artritis\/","title":{"rendered":"Com millorar la mobilitat de les articulacions afectades per l&#8217;artritis?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>En <a href=\"https:\/\/www.activasalut.com\/ca\/que-es-la-artritis\/\" target=\"_blank\">Qu\u00e8 \u00e9s l\u2019artritis?<\/a> d\u00e8iem que no existeix un tractament que permeti curar aquesta dol\u00e8ncia, per la qual cosa el seu abordatge ha de ser <strong>multidisciplinari<\/strong> (medicina interna, traumatologia i cirurgia ortop\u00e8dica, rehabilitaci\u00f3, psiquiatria, dermatologia, etc.) i <strong>personalitzat<\/strong>.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>\u00c9s important tenir pautat de base un tractament farmacol\u00f2gic controlat per un reumat\u00f2leg i estar ben assessorat\/a per un servei de rehabilitaci\u00f3 integral per <strong>ajudar a la persona a disminuir els s\u00edmptomes, controlar les deformitats i realitzar un pla de canvi d&#8217;h\u00e0bits<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h3>Primeres pautes<\/h3>\n<p>Un pla d&#8217;exercicis i activitats terap\u00e8utiques que permeti mobilitzar les articulacions afectades per l\u2019<strong>artritis<\/strong> i d&#8217;aquesta manera <strong>mantenir o millorar el rang articular i recuperar el <em>trofisme muscular<\/em><\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>La pauta d&#8217;exercicis que us donem a continuaci\u00f3 \u00e9s la m\u00e9s b\u00e0sica per comen\u00e7ar a mobilitzar les articulacions de les mans. Si est\u00e0s afectat d\u2019artritis, \u00e9s aconsellable visitar un centre de rehabilitaci\u00f3 perqu\u00e8 t&#8217;adaptin la pauta a les teves necessitats i per rebre l&#8217;assessorament necessari de com cuidar-se.<\/p>\n<h3>Qu\u00e8 aconseguirem amb els exercicis?<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Prevenir l&#8217;aparici\u00f3 de deformitats<\/strong>. Els exercicis poden orientar-se amb moviments en sentit contrari a la deformitat que s&#8217;intueix.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Mantenir el recorregut articular<\/strong>. \u00c9s important preservar les articulacions que estan en bon estat fent moviments actius amb un ampli arc articular.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Recuperar el <em>trofisme muscular<\/em><\/strong>. Els exercicis ens ajudaran a recuperar la for\u00e7a muscular i a millorar aix\u00ed la funcionalitat.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Recomanacions en realitzar els exercicis<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Mantenir les articulacions alineades durant els exercicis.<\/li>\n<li>Fer els moviments amb el m\u00e0xim recorregut articular, sense provocar dolor.<\/li>\n<li>\u00c9s important fer les repeticions que s&#8217;indiquen.<\/li>\n<li>Fer els moviments prenent consci\u00e8ncia de la tensi\u00f3 i relaxaci\u00f3 de les articulacions.<\/li>\n<li>Durant aquests exercicis la respiraci\u00f3 \u00e9s lliure.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Indicacions<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Asseure&#8217;s enfront de la taula.<\/li>\n<li>Recolzar els avantbra\u00e7os sobre ella i els palmells de les mans tocant tamb\u00e9 la taula, assegurant-se que les mans i els avantbra\u00e7os estiguin ben alineats amb el dit mitj\u00e0 de la m\u00e0, per evitar la desviaci\u00f3 cubital.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a
