Per\u00f2 aix\u00f2 no t\u00e9 per qu\u00e8 ser aix\u00ed ja que a les nostres mans est\u00e0 el poder servir <strong>plats bons\u00a0i alhora lleugers<\/strong>.<!--more-->\u00c9s important tenir en compte <strong>el proc\u00e9s d&#8217;elaboraci\u00f3 d&#8217;aquests plats ja que no \u00e9s el mateix cuinar a la planxa o al forn que fregir o condimentar amb salses.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Cal destacar que les begudes que solen acompanyar els plats expliquen tamb\u00e9 un paper molt important.
