Per\u00f2, qu\u00e8 en sabem realment? Serveix per tot? \u00c9s una moda passatgera?&#8230;<!--more--><\/p>\n<h3>Gimn\u00e0stica Hipopressiva Abdominal (GAH)<\/h3>\n<p>Per comen\u00e7ar, dir que aquesta gimn\u00e0stica porta molts anys en el m\u00f3n de la fisioter\u00e0pia, sobretot pel que fa a la del <em>s\u00f2l pelvi\u00e0<\/em>. El seu creador \u00e9s en<a href=\"http:\/\/www.marcel-caufriez.net\" target=\"_blank\"> Marcel Caufriez<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Actualment, per\u00f2, va m\u00e9s enll\u00e0, ja que podem dir que es tracta d\u2019una t\u00e8cnica postural i sist\u00e8mica, a base d\u2019una s\u00e8rie <strong>d\u2019exercicis encadenats a un ritme lent, de forma que permet la integraci\u00f3 de massatges propioceptius <\/strong>(control postural)<strong>, sensorials <\/strong>(equilibri) i<strong> sensitius <\/strong>(percepci\u00f3 moviment)<strong>, <\/strong>associats a una postura en particular.<\/p>\n<h3><a href=\"https:\/\/www.activasalut.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/01\/IMG_3352_z.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignleft wp-image-2610 size-medium\" src=\"https:\/\/www.activasalut.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/01\/IMG_3352_z-214x300.jpg\" alt=\"Gimn\u00e1stica Hipopresiva Abdominal\" width=\"214\" height=\"300\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.activasalut.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/01\/IMG_3352_z-214x300.jpg 214w, https:\/\/www.activasalut.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/01\/IMG_3352_z-732x1024.jpg 732w, https:\/\/www.activasalut.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/01\/IMG_3352_z.jpg 900w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 214px) 100vw, 214px\" \/><\/a>Efecte\u00a0hipopressiu<\/h3>\n<p>L\u2019<strong>efecte hipopressiu <\/strong>(la variaci\u00f3 de la pressi\u00f3 abdominal al fer els exercicis o postures \u00e9s negativa, el que causa que es desenvolupin <em>activitats reflexes abdomino-perineals<\/em>) provoca una activitat reflexa a nivell de la <em>musculatura abdominal<\/em> i del <em>s\u00f2l pelvi\u00e0<\/em>. Si ho repetim de forma freq\u00fcent, (sempre amb la supervici\u00f3 de personal titulat i format en la mat\u00e8ria), augmenta el <em>to muscular<\/em> del <em>s\u00f2l pelvi\u00e0<\/em> i la <em>faixa abdominal<\/em>, alhora que disminueix la <em>hipertonia<\/em> (to muscular m\u00e9s alt del normal que pot provocar rigidesa-escur\u00e7ament) d&#8217;altres estructures musculars (<em>diafragma<\/em>, <em>isquiotibials<\/em>\u2026). Per tant, provoca una integraci\u00f3 propioceptiva, una memoritzaci\u00f3 i automatitzaci\u00f3 de la postura del cos.<\/p>\n<h3>Din\u00e0mica de la GAH<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>es <strong>fa a un ritme lent<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>respiraci\u00f3 r\u00edtmica <\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>la contracci\u00f3 muscular en apnea<\/strong> (sense aire despr\u00e8s d\u2019una espiraci\u00f3)<\/li>\n<li>la postura es mantindr\u00e0 entre 10-30 segons<\/li>\n<li>una sessi\u00f3 hauria de durar entre 30-60 minuts amb una freq\u00fc\u00e8ncia de 1-2 per setmana per a integrar b\u00e9 els exercicis i poder dur a terme la correcci\u00f3 postural.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Motius<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>recuperaci\u00f3 post-part<\/li>\n<li>tonificaci\u00f3 abdominal<\/li>\n<li>alteracions posturals com l\u2019escoliosi<\/li>\n<li>normalitzaci\u00f3 global de les tensions m\u00fascul-conjuntives (<em>escur\u00e7ament isquiotibials<\/em>\u2026)<\/li>\n<li>alteracions dels ritmes biol\u00f2gics (<em>amenorrees emocionals<\/em>\u2026.)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Principals objectius de la GAH<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>curatius<\/li>\n<li>simptom\u00e0tics<\/li>\n<li>preventius<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Per tant, podr\u00edem dir que tothom podria fer <strong>GAH<\/strong> sempre i quan tinguem en compte v\u00e0ries coses; al ser una t\u00e8cnica postural en la qual s\u2019utilitza l\u2019<em>apnea aspirat\u00f2ria<\/em>, estaria <strong>CONTRAINDICADA<\/strong> si:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Hipertensi\u00f3 arterial i cardiopaties<\/li>\n<li>Embar\u00e0s<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>IMPORTANT: abans d\u2019iniciar la pr\u00e0ctica GAH s\u2019hauria de consultar amb el metge i\/o professional especialitzat en aquesta t\u00e8cnica, per a determinar si es pot o no practicar.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Bitter, Georgia, serif; font-size: 22px;\">Els efectes positius de la GAH <\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>reposici\u00f3 dels \u00f2rgans pelvians per la disminuci\u00f3 de la pressi\u00f3 abdominal ja que es redueix el to del <em>diafragma tor\u00e0cic<\/em>.
