{"id":2657,"date":"2017-01-25T08:00:25","date_gmt":"2017-01-25T07:00:25","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.activasalut.com\/ca\/?p=2657"},"modified":"2017-01-20T12:08:34","modified_gmt":"2017-01-20T11:08:34","slug":"nuevos-propositos-alimentarios","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.activasalut.com\/ca\/nuevos-propositos-alimentarios\/","title":{"rendered":"Any nou, nous prop\u00f2sits alimentaris"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Amb l&#8217;arribada del comen\u00e7ament d&#8217;any molts de nosaltres ens proposem nous reptes i prop\u00f2sits que en major o menor mesura aconseguim mantenir durant la resta de l&#8217;any. <strong>Aprimar-se, menjar m\u00e9s saludablement, portar una vida menys sedent\u00e0ria i apuntar-se al gimn\u00e0s,\u2026<\/strong> en definitiva una s\u00e8rie de pautes que comencen amb molta motivaci\u00f3 i es pretenen mantenir a llarg termini.<br \/>\n<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>D&#8217;aquesta manera us proposem una s\u00e8rie de nous prop\u00f2sits que ajudaran a portar una vida m\u00e9s saludable, aix\u00ed que\u2026 som-hi!<\/p>\n<h3>Prop\u00f2sits: Comprar menjar local i de temporada<\/h3>\n<p>Els productes recorren milers de quil\u00f2metres fins a arribar a la seva destinaci\u00f3, amb el corresponent impacte mediambiental que aix\u00f2 suposa, aix\u00ed que recolzar en certa manera el producte local i de temporada \u00e9s una ajuda per a la zona en la qual visquem.<\/p>\n<h3>Prop\u00f2sits: Comen\u00e7ar a fixar-se en l&#8217;etiquetatge<\/h3>\n<p>El passat mes de desembre es va acabar d&#8217;implementar l&#8217;\u00faltima normativa europea d&#8217;etiquetatge. Aquest canvi ha suposat moltes millores, per\u00f2 alhora diverses q\u00fcestions confuses. Es poden anar aprenent receptes setmanalment i motivar-se dia a dia a fer-les de forma saludable i equilibrada.<\/p>\n<h3>Prop\u00f2sits: Reduir el consum de carn<\/h3>\n<p>Al nostre pa\u00eds es consumeix massa carn. Reduir la seva ingesta ajuda tamb\u00e9 a reduir l&#8217;impacte mediambiental que suposa produir prote\u00efna a partir d&#8217;un origen animal. Tampoc \u00e9s necessari ser vegetari\u00e0, per\u00f2 reduir el seu consum i optar per augmentar el consum de llegums.<\/p>\n<h3>Prop\u00f2sits: Una vida m\u00e9s activa<\/h3>\n<p>\u00c9s imprescindible incorporar una rutina de vida activa, un oci m\u00e9s actiu com sortir a c\u00f3rrer, passejar m\u00e9s, planejar rutes el cap de setmana per la muntanya o sortir amb bici Aix\u00f2 ens
