{"id":2685,"date":"2017-02-03T08:00:17","date_gmt":"2017-02-03T07:00:17","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.activasalut.com\/ca\/?p=2685"},"modified":"2017-04-28T10:52:46","modified_gmt":"2017-04-28T08:52:46","slug":"deporte-e-hipopresivos","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.activasalut.com\/ca\/deporte-e-hipopresivos\/","title":{"rendered":"Esport i hipopressius"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Des de l\u2019inici d\u2019aquestes t\u00e8cniques hipopressives creades al 1980 per <a href=\"https:\/\/www.activasalut.com\/ca\/gimnastica-hipopresiva-abdominal\/\" target=\"_blank\">Marcel Caufriez<\/a> a Bruseles, i des de la primera doc\u00e8ncia del col\u00b7lectiu fisioterapeuta al 1990 han passat m\u00e9s de 25 anys. Per\u00edode que ha afavorit el coneixement arreu i dins d\u2019\u00e0mbits diferents, incl\u00f2s l\u2019esportiu.<!--more--><\/p>\n<h3>L\u2019esport i els hipopressius<\/h3>\n<p>\u00c9s per aquest motiu i tamb\u00e9 perqu\u00e8 s\u00f3c una entusiasta d\u2019aquest \u00e0mbit, pel qual us proposo una mirada diferent a la posta en marxa d\u2019aquesta <strong>Gimn\u00e0stica Abdominal Hipopressiva (GAH)<\/strong>. <strong>Com? Doncs no des de la branca rehabilitadora, sin\u00f3 des de la branca preventiva<\/strong>. I \u00e9s que l\u2019activitat f\u00edsica ajuda a lluitar contra malalties metab\u00f2liques com l\u2019obesitat, cardiovasculars com l\u2019arteriosclerosi i degeneratives com l\u2019osteoporosi.<\/p>\n<p>Despr\u00e9s de llegir aquestes l\u00ednies \u00e9s curi\u00f3s, veure en la nostra pr\u00e0ctica di\u00e0ria laboral, com precisament s\u00f3n els esportistes els que no es belluguen correctament i pitjor encara, saber que aquests moviments no controlats, poden arribar a desencadenar progressivament una incapacitat i per tant una aturada d\u2019aquests beneficis abans citats.<\/p>\n<h3>El paper de la GAH<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>normalitzaci\u00f3 postural gr\u00e0cies a una pressa de consci\u00e8ncia corporal<\/li>\n<li>una millora dels par\u00e0metres respiratoris que tot esportista hauria de treballar per millorar el seu rendiment i frenada de recidives lessionals<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.activasalut.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/02\/0004_W.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignleft wp-image-2682 size-large\" src=\"https:\/\/www.activasalut.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/02\/0004_W-1024x683.jpg\" alt=\"El deporte y la Gimnasia Abdominal Hipopresiva (GAH)\" width=\"604\" height=\"403\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.activasalut.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/02\/0004_W-1024x683.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/www.activasalut.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/02\/0004_W-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.activasalut.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/02\/0004_W.jpg 1728w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 604px) 100vw, 604px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<h3>Running<\/h3>\n<p>Si busquem un exemple podr\u00edem parlar de la febrada del <em>running<\/em>; m\u2019incloc dins d\u2019aquesta moda, potser \u2018malaltissa\u2019, tot i ser fisioterapeuta i ser dona. Per mi era impensable afegir-me, <strong>per l\u2019impacte que provoca a extremitats inferiors i s\u00f2l pelvi\u00e0<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><em>L\u2019any passat em vaig proposar un repte: <strong>correr la meva primera mitja marat\u00f3<\/strong>, no era f\u00e0cil donat que fins llavors corria curses de curt recorregut. Tenia clar que disposava de poc temps i tenia molta feina; tamb\u00e9 tenia clar que l\u2019objectiu i la preparaci\u00f3 havia de complir un somni i no ser un malson. Sincerament, vaig llegir tot tipus de programes de entrenament i de dietes i\u2026 vaig guiar-me pels meus humils coneixements. <\/em><\/p>\n<blockquote><p><em>La meva preparaci\u00f3 va ser constant i, a part de treballar dist\u00e0ncies i velocitats progressives per millorar la resist\u00e8ncia, em vaig centrar en la prevenci\u00f3 amb exercicis de propioceptius i GAH. El resultat va ser exit\u00f3s, sense tiretes posteriors i lo m\u00e9s important, sense lesions pre i post cursa.<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<h3>Beneficis<\/h3>\n<p>Parlar-vos tamb\u00e9 d\u2019altres beneficis a llarg termini (m\u00e9s de 6 mesos de pr\u00e0ctica):<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>com s\u00f3n la tonificaci\u00f3 de la faixa abdominal i perin\u00e9<\/li>\n<li>millora de la propiocepci\u00f3<\/li>\n<li>augment del coeficient emocional<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Recomanacions<\/h3>\n<p>A tenir en compte que:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>augmenta la tensi\u00f3 diast\u00f2lica per lo que estarien excloses persones amb HTA<\/li>\n<li>produeix una p\u00e8rdua de 1,5-3l d\u2019aigua per lo que posterior a la pr\u00e0ctica haurem de rehidratar-nos<\/li>\n<li>activa les contraccions uterines per lo que s\u2019han d\u2019excloure les embarassades<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>En casos de pr\u00e0ctica intensa de GAH, saber que:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>augmenta els radicals lliures per lo que haurem de prendre antioxidants<\/li>\n<li>provoquen fatiga intensa per lo que contrarestem amb vitamina B2, coenzima Q10 i vitamina C<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Per tant, aconsellar-vos que us deixeu portar per all\u00f2 que us fa feli\u00e7os per\u00f2 sempre mirant de posar seny i deixant-vos assessorar per bons professionals.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u270f\ufe0f <a
