Durant el dia estem pendents del nostre treball, de cuidar de la fam\u00edlia, de realitzar les tasques de la llar, de la nostra vida social&#8230;<!--more--><\/p>\n<h3>Activitats quotidianes<\/h3>\n<p>Volem i intentem arribar a tot. Aix\u00f2 pot provocar situacions d&#8217;estr\u00e8s f\u00edsic i emocional que poden ser nocives per a la nostra salut a m\u00e9s de perdre la consci\u00e8ncia del control de la nostra postura, com pujar i baixar escales, c\u00f3rrer per agafar l&#8217;autob\u00fas, carregar el pes de la compra\u2026 <strong>accions a les quals denominem: activitats quotidianes o de la vida di\u00e0ria.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h3>M\u00fasculs oblidats<\/h3>\n<p>El cos hum\u00e0 est\u00e0 format per m\u00fasculs que mobilitzen les articulacions permetent el moviment, i altres m\u00fasculs que les <strong>estabilitzen per limitar l&#8217;exc\u00e9s o hipermobilitat articular<\/strong>. Aquests \u00faltims s\u00f3n els que <strong>ens ajuden a controlar el moviment de la nostra regi\u00f3 lumbar, pelvis o cintura escapular evitant l&#8217;aparici\u00f3 del dolor i les lesions de la columna vertebral i les extremitats<\/strong>. Solen ser els m\u00e9s oblidats i han de treballar-se espec\u00edficament perqu\u00e8 s&#8217;activin i posteriorment puguem realitzar-los de manera inconscient.<\/p>\n<h3>Conscienciaci\u00f3 corporal<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>En <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.activasalut.com\/ca\/importancia-de-lescalfament-abans-de-corregir-la-postura\/\" target=\"_blank\">postural training<\/a><\/strong> duem a terme el treball de conscienciaci\u00f3 corporal de manera: est\u00e0tica, percebent els suports i la tend\u00e8ncia de la nostra postura tant tombats com dempeus.<\/li>\n<li>din\u00e0mica, aprenent a identificar de quina manera ens movem, caminem o ens ajupim.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Perqu\u00e8 aquests moviments presents en la nostra vida di\u00e0ria es realitzin amb efic\u00e0cia, \u00e9s necessari: <strong>tonificar, refor\u00e7ar i flexibilitzar<\/strong> tots aquests m\u00fasculs que ens ajuden a estabilitzar la nostra columna vertebral, pelvis i cintura escapular per:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>evitar l&#8217;exc\u00e9s de flexi\u00f3, extensi\u00f3 o rotaci\u00f3 de les articulacions.<\/li>\n<li>permetre la integraci\u00f3 d&#8217;una bona higiene postural, resist\u00e8ncia i for\u00e7a muscula perqu\u00e8 no h\u00e0gim de preocupar-nos per possibles lesions, dolors musculars o articulars i <strong>puguem afrontar les activitats del dia a dia amb la millor qualitat de vida.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a1<a href=\"http:\/\/ecommerce.fisiogestion.com\/ca\/producte\/postural-training\/\" target=\"_blank\">Millora la teva qualitat de vida amb\u00a0Postural Training<\/a>!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La vida actual ens sotmet constantment a situacions de pressi\u00f3.
