Per aquest motiu, l&#8217;estiu acostuma a anar associat a les vacances que solen coincidir amb el per\u00edode de l&#8217;any menys productiu a nivell de rendiment intel\u00b7lectual. S\u00f3n dies dedicats a recobrar l&#8217;energia i sobretot disminuir l&#8217;estr\u00e8s laboral.<\/p>\n<h3>La llum i l&#8217;estat d&#8217;\u00e0nim<\/h3>\n<p>Els dies s\u00f3n m\u00e9s llargs i el sol llueix algunes hores m\u00e9s. Existeixen estudis que assenyalen la influ\u00e8ncia dels rajos solars sobre l&#8217;estat d&#8217;\u00e0nim, d&#8217;aquesta manera, indiquen que en pa\u00efsos n\u00f2rdics, on les hores de llum solar s\u00f3n escasses, existeix una taxa m\u00e9s elevada de trastorns de l&#8217;estat d&#8217;\u00e0nim com la depressi\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>Sigui com sigui l&#8217;estiu \u00e9s temps de gaudir i de cuidar-nos. Et deixem alguns consells per seguir una rutina estival saludable.<\/p>\n<h3>Tips saludables<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Protegir-nos de la calor i dels rajos solars<\/strong>. \u00das de protectors, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.activasalut.com\/ca\/laigua-es-el-vehicle-de-la-naturalesa\/\" target=\"_blank\">planificar una bona hidrataci\u00f3<\/a> i tenir especial atenci\u00f3 als col\u00b7lectius m\u00e9s vulnerables per evitar insolacions, deshidratacions, cremades\u2026<\/p>\n<p><strong>H\u00e0bits d&#8217;alimentaci\u00f3<\/strong>. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.activasalut.com\/ca\/las-frutas-mas-hidratantes\/\" target=\"_blank\">Incrementar la ingesta de vegetals, fruita i aigua durant el dia; repartir els menjars en petites racions<\/a>, on l\u2019esmorzar sigui el m\u00e9s consistent i el sopar el m\u00e9s lleugera.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Exercici f\u00edsic<\/strong>. Realitzar una hora d&#8217;exercici f\u00edsic al dia (caminar, nataci\u00f3, bicicleta\u2026), evitant les hores de m\u00e9s calor i protegint-nos dels rajos solars.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Practicar la lectura o activitats cognitives<\/strong>. Durant 30-60 minuts, per refor\u00e7ar la ment i desenvolupar l&#8217;aprenentatge (un bon llibre, sopa de lletres, mots encreuats\u2026)<\/p>\n<p><strong>Dormir i descansar<\/strong>.
