{"id":3121,"date":"2017-08-11T08:00:23","date_gmt":"2017-08-11T06:00:23","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.activasalut.com\/ca\/?p=3121"},"modified":"2017-08-10T18:13:38","modified_gmt":"2017-08-10T16:13:38","slug":"artritis-mano","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.activasalut.com\/ca\/artritis-mano\/","title":{"rendered":"Tres exercicis per millorar i\/o mantenir la funci\u00f3 de manipulaci\u00f3 de la m\u00e0"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Estenem el post, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.activasalut.com\/ca\/pautas-para-mejorar-la-artritis\/\" target=\"_blank\">Com millorar la mobilitat de les articulacions afectades per la artritis?<\/a> amb tres activitats terap\u00e8utiques b\u00e0siques per millorar i\/o mantenir la funci\u00f3 de manipulaci\u00f3 de la m\u00e0, treballant els moviments selectius i les funcions importants com l&#8217;habilitat, la destresa i la for\u00e7a.<br \/>\n<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Aquestes capacitats s\u00f3n molt necess\u00e0ries per realitzar les activitats de la vida quotidiana.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Nota<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>T&#8217;aconsellem visitar a un terapeuta ocupacional en un centre de rehabilitaci\u00f3 perqu\u00e8 et pauti un pla d&#8217;activitats personalitzades, adaptat a les teves necessitats, ensenyant-te com realitzar-les, aix\u00ed com les postures, els gestos, els moviments i altres consideracions&#8230; per evitar i\/o controlar, com per exemple, els moviments de compensaci\u00f3, les deformitats de la m\u00e0, el dolor i la fatiga.<\/p>\n<h3>Moviments amb els dits de la m\u00e0<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Posici\u00f3 inicial: la m\u00e0 plana submergida dins de la caixa d&#8217;arr\u00f2s.<\/li>\n<li>Acci\u00f3: agafar amb la m\u00e0 un grapat d&#8217;arr\u00f2s i mantenir uns segons.<\/li>\n<li>Posici\u00f3 final: deixar anar l&#8217;arr\u00f2s, obrint la m\u00e0 i tornar a la posici\u00f3 inicial.<\/li>\n<li>Repetir 10 vegades, primer amb una m\u00e0 i despr\u00e9s amb l&#8217;altra m\u00e0. Si resulta complicat pots comen\u00e7ar fent-ho un a un i anar repetint amb la resta dels dits.<\/li>\n<li>Posici\u00f3 final: deixar les bales separant els dits. Tornar a la posici\u00f3 inicial.<\/li>\n<li>Repetir-ho 5 vegades. Completar la seq\u00fc\u00e8ncia amb la resta de dits. Despr\u00e9s realitzar la seq\u00fc\u00e8ncia amb l&#8217;altra m\u00e0.<\/li>\n<li>Repetir 5 vegades, tota la seq\u00fc\u00e8ncia seguida i amb cada m\u00e0.
