Els sucs casolans tenen certs <strong>avantatges, com la pres\u00e8ncia de certes vitamines<\/strong>, per\u00f2 alhora, alguns<strong> inconvenients<\/strong>, com un <strong>augment del risc d&#8217;obesitat si es pren en exc\u00e9s<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>A Espanya, el consum de sucs de fruites va en augment i prenem menys fruita fresca. Segons estudis, s&#8217;ha verificat que el consum de fruita es relaciona amb una menor taxa d&#8217;exc\u00e9s de pes corporal. No obstant aix\u00f2, no succeeix el mateix amb els sucs de fruita, siguin casolans o no; segons estudis americans que situaven en pen\u00faltim nivell als sucs en una llista de les begudes en funci\u00f3 del seu contingut energ\u00e8tic i les seves propietats per a la salut.<\/p>\n<h3>Sucs de fruites en adults, risc d&#8217;obesitat i diabetis<\/h3>\n<p>Tal com explica l&#8217;<a href=\"http:\/\/apps.who.int\/iris\/bitstream\/10665\/42665\/1\/WHO_TRS_916.pdf\" target=\"_blank\">OMS en 2003<\/a>, un excessiu consum de sucs de fruita s&#8217;associa a un <strong>augment en el risc de patir obesitat<\/strong>. Estudis m\u00e9s recents indiquen que tamb\u00e9 podria incrementar la probabilitat de <strong>diabetis en dones<\/strong>, alguna cosa que no ocorre amb la fruita fresca. De fet, el Comit\u00e8 Cient\u00edfic <em>\u201c5 Al DIA\u201d<\/em> aconsella no superar una raci\u00f3 de suc de fruita al dia i explica que els sucres dels sucs es consideren <strong>\u201csucres lliures\u201d<\/strong> i que, per tant, ha de limitar-se el seu consum.<\/p>\n<h3>Sucres lliures o extr\u00ednsecs<\/h3>\n<p>L&#8217;OMS considera que aquests sucres, tamb\u00e9 anomenats &#8220;extr\u00ednsecs&#8221;, s\u00f3n els que estan presents de manera natural en els sucs de fruites, la mel i els xarops, a m\u00e9s de tots els <em>monosac\u00e0rids<\/em> i <em>disac\u00e0rids <\/em>afegits pels fabricants, cuiners o consumidors. No obstant aix\u00f2, &#8220;no inclou en aquesta categoria els sucres naturalment presents en les fruites i les hortalisses fresques\/senceres&#8221;, apunta el Comit\u00e8. \u00c9s a dir, quan les autoritats sanit\u00e0ries aconsellen reduir els sucres de la nostra dieta, no inclouen en aquest consell a la ingesta de fruites, per\u00f2 s\u00ed a la de sucs de fruites.<\/p>\n<h3>Sucs de fruites en nens<\/h3>\n<p>Segons un informe publicat pel <a href=\"http:\/\/www.aeped.es\/comite-nutricion\" target=\"_blank\">Comit\u00e8 de Nutrici\u00f3 de l&#8217;Associaci\u00f3 Espanyola de Pediatria<\/a>, el consum de sucs de fruita no \u00e9s equivalent al de fruites naturals. Un dels motius \u00e9s que no estimula la masticaci\u00f3. Els sucs de fruita no aporten cap avantatge nutricional ni suposa una millora dels h\u00e0bits diet\u00e8tics sobre la fruita natural.<\/p>\n<p>Diversos estudis apunten que el seu consum en exc\u00e9s provocaria obesitat i \u00e9s per aix\u00f2 pel que s&#8217;aconsella <strong>\u2018limitar la ingesta de sucs naturals 100%\u2019<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Si b\u00e9 \u00e9s cert, a Espanya com en altres pa\u00efsos, l&#8217;augment d&#8217;aquest consum no deixa d\u2019incrementar i ja arriba a superar el consum d&#8217;aigua com a beguda habitual.<\/p>\n<p>&#x1f351; &#x1f349; &#x1f348; \u00a0T\u2019aconsellem quina \u00e9s la millor alimentaci\u00f3 per a tu &#x1f449;\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/ecommerce.fisiogestion.com\/ca\/producte\/dietetica\/\" target=\"_blank\">\u00a0Servei de diet\u00e8tica a Corporaci\u00f3 Fisiogesti\u00f3n<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Les propietats de la fruita fresca no s\u00f3n exactament iguals a les propietats dels sucs de fruites.
