En una posici\u00f3 \u00f2ptima la caixa ha de tenir uns angles de 90\u00ba.<\/p>\n<h4>MARC<\/h4>\n<p><strong>Seria el l\u00edmit de moviment saludable dels bra\u00e7os<\/strong>. Indiquem a la persona que mogui els bra\u00e7os sempre dins del l\u00edmit on puguem veure&#8217;ls, <em>encara que sigui de re\u00fcll<\/em>.<\/p>\n<h4><em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.activasalut.com\/ca\/powerhouse-y-su-papel-en-pilates\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">POWERHOUSE<\/a><\/em><\/h4>\n<p><strong>\u00c9s la zona del cos que s&#8217;activa abans de cada exercici<\/strong>, \u00e9s la central del nostre cos. Es descriu com un cintur\u00f3 format pels glutis, zona lumbar i abdominals que embolica el centre del nostre cos des dels malucs a la caixa tor\u00e0cica.<\/p>\n<h4><em>SCOOP<\/em><\/h4>\n<p><strong>Com a concepte <em>biomec\u00e0nic<\/em> \u00e9s la sinergia entre abdominals transversos, s\u00f2l p\u00e8lvic i <em>mult\u00edfidus<\/em> <\/strong>necess\u00e0ria per iniciar els moviments de Pilates, estabilitzar la pelvis i mantenir la columna. Com a imatge visual seria una activaci\u00f3 abdominal, portant el melic cap a dintre i cap amunt. Podem donar diferents imatges a la persona per realitzar aquesta acci\u00f3, per exemple <em>\u201cimagina una pilota cremant just davant del teu abdomen, intenta amagar la panxa tant com puguis para no cremar-te\u201d<\/em>.<\/p>\n<h4>PELVIS NEUTRA<\/h4>\n<p>En principi anem a demanar a la persona que <strong>treballi amb la pelvis en posici\u00f3 neutra<\/strong>, mantenint la seva curvatura lumbar fisiol\u00f2gica.<\/p>\n<h4>AUTOELONGACI\u00d3<\/h4>\n<p>En tots els exercicis mantindrem una <em>autoelongaci\u00f3<\/em> axial constant. Li demanarem a la persona que tiri de la seva coroneta cap amunt i intenti cr\u00e9ixer. Amb aix\u00f2 aconseguim una activaci\u00f3 de la musculatura abdominal i una <em>decoaptaci\u00f3<\/em> vertebral.<\/p>\n<h4>POSICI\u00d3 PILATES<\/h4>\n<p>La persona es col\u00b7loca dempeus amb els talons junts, les puntes lleugerament separades, el pes distribu\u00eft equilibradament entre tots dos peus i amb major pes en les puntes. Les cuixes fermes un contra l&#8217;altre, pelvis en posici\u00f3 neutra, <em>autoelongaci\u00f3<\/em> axial, costelles i malucs a la mateixa altura i <em>powerhouse<\/em> actiu. Vist de perfil, amb una plomada recta tra\u00e7ada des d&#8217;orella, espatlla, maluc, genoll i turmell.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Pilates \u00e9s un m\u00e8tode d&#8217;entrenament que treballa amb el <strong>control del moviment<\/strong>.
