{"id":4263,"date":"2019-02-15T07:00:20","date_gmt":"2019-02-15T06:00:20","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.activasalut.com\/?p=4263"},"modified":"2019-02-15T11:47:03","modified_gmt":"2019-02-15T10:47:03","slug":"la-salud-de-tu-rodilla","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.activasalut.com\/ca\/la-salud-de-tu-rodilla\/","title":{"rendered":"La salut del teu genoll"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"has-drop-cap\">L\u2019articulaci\u00f3 del genoll \u00e9s complexa, freq\u00fcentment presenta alteracions en les estructures \u00f2ssies, musculars i\/o tendinoses. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<h3>Alteracions m\u00e9s freq\u00fcents <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Les m\u00e9s usuals s\u00f3n <a href=\"https:\/\/www.activasalut.com\/ca\/que-es-la-artrosis-de-rodilla\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\"l\u2019artrosi o degeneraci\u00f3 \u00f2ssia (abre en una nueva pesta\u00f1a)\">l\u2019artrosi o degeneraci\u00f3 \u00f2ssia<\/a> en l\u2019edat avan\u00e7ada, i les lesions traum\u00e0tiques (\u00f2ssies, musculars i\/o tendinoses) en l\u2019edat jove, amb s\u00edmptomes de dolor, incapacitat i dificultat per realitzar les activitats de la vida di\u00e0ria, com pujar i baixar escales o alteracions en la marxa. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3>Conceptes b\u00e0sics<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul><li><strong>Estructures \u00f2ssies<\/strong>: <em>C\u00f2ndils femorals<\/em>, <em>planells tibials<\/em> i <em>r\u00f2tula<\/em>.  <\/li><li><strong>Estructures lligamentoses<\/strong>: Lligament lateral intern, lligament lateral extern, lligaments creuats anterior i posterior amb forma d\u2019X, que conjuntament amb la c\u00e0psula articular estabilitzen el genoll en sentit anteroposterior i lateral. <\/li><li>A l\u2019interior del genoll entre els <em>c\u00f2ndils femorals<\/em> i el <em>planell tibial<\/em>, hi ha dos <em>meniscs<\/em> (intern i extern). <strong>S\u00f3n dues l\u00e0mines cartilaginoses que faciliten el moviment, esmorteeixen i distribueixen el pes corporal<\/strong>. <\/li><li>Els moviments del genoll s\u00f3n de flexi\u00f3 i extensi\u00f3, amb la participaci\u00f3 dels <em>m\u00fasculs qu\u00e0driceps<\/em>, <em>isquiotibials<\/em> i bessons, principalment. <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"is-layout-flex wp-block-gallery-1 wp-block-gallery columns-1 is-cropped\"><li class=\"blocks-gallery-item\"><figure><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" width=\"435\" height=\"336\" src=\"https:\/\/www.activasalut.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/02\/Captura-de-pantalla-2019-02-14-a-las-13.56.29.png\" alt=\"genoll\" data-id=\"4267\" data-link=\"https:\/\/www.activasalut.com\/ca\/?attachment_id=4267\" class=\"wp-image-4267\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.activasalut.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/02\/Captura-de-pantalla-2019-02-14-a-las-13.56.29.png 435w, https:\/\/www.activasalut.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/02\/Captura-de-pantalla-2019-02-14-a-las-13.56.29-300x232.png 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 435px) 100vw, 435px\" \/><\/figure><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3>Prevenci\u00f3<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Per tal de prevenir possibles alteracions, es recomana fer di\u00e0riament els exercicis que proposem de la seg\u00fcent manera: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li> Dediqueu un temps concret del dia a realitzar els exercicis. Suggerim que es facin al comen\u00e7ar la jornada. \u00c9s important crear l\u2019h\u00e0bit.  <\/li><li>Aconsellem que es facin de manera lenta i acompanyats de la respiraci\u00f3 (inspirar pel nas i expulsar l\u2019aire per la boca). <\/li><li>Realitzeu entre 5 i _0 repeticions per exercici de mitjana. <\/li><li>No provoqueu dolor; efectueu el moviment fins que noteu alguna mol\u00e8stia. <\/li><li>\u00c9s fonamental seguir les normes de prevenci\u00f3 i protecci\u00f3 del genoll durant les activitats de la vida di\u00e0ria. <\/li><li> Si hi ha cap dubte, consulteu-nos.
