Pot la <strong>biomec\u00e0nica <\/strong>ajudar-los o \u00e9s una disciplina exclusivament per a professionals? Si en <strong>ciclisme de carretera l&#8217;esportista <\/strong>fa m\u00e9s de 3.000 km a l&#8217;any o en <strong>Mountain Bike <\/strong>dedica m\u00e9s de 60 hores anuals a la seva afici\u00f3 resulta un element imprescindible per a gaudir plenament del <strong>ciclisme<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3>Si no t\u00e9 cap mol\u00e8stia, tamb\u00e9 ha de realitzar un estudi?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>El <strong>ciclisme <\/strong>\u00e9s un <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.activasalut.com\/ca\/com-puc-millorar-el-rendiment-i-la-forca-en-lesport\/\">esport <\/a><\/strong>de <strong>cadena cin\u00e8tica tancada<\/strong>, \u00e9s a dir, el moviment sempre \u00e9s el mateix.
