{"id":5091,"date":"2019-12-02T16:26:19","date_gmt":"2019-12-02T15:26:19","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.activasalut.com\/?p=5091"},"modified":"2020-09-16T09:07:40","modified_gmt":"2020-09-16T07:07:40","slug":"les-6-lesions-mes-frequents-en-el-padel","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.activasalut.com\/ca\/les-6-lesions-mes-frequents-en-el-padel\/","title":{"rendered":"Les 6 lesions m\u00e9s freq\u00fcents en el P\u00e0del"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>El <strong>p\u00e0del <\/strong>\u00e9s un <strong>esport<\/strong> que no requereix sempre una gran <strong>preparaci\u00f3 f\u00edsica<\/strong>. \u00c9s divertit i f\u00e0cil de practicar, per\u00f2 sense uns <strong>exercicis d&#8217;escalfament <\/strong>abans de jugar, aix\u00ed com <strong>estiraments <\/strong>en acabar, el nostre cos pot exposar-se a possibles <strong>lesions<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<p>La <strong>inexperi\u00e8ncia <\/strong>del <strong>principiant <\/strong>de p\u00e0del pot ocasionar un <strong>sobreesfor\u00e7 f\u00edsic<\/strong>, per la pr\u00e0ctica de <strong>l&#8217;esport <\/strong>durant massa espai de temps o per no deixar prou temps de <strong>recuperaci\u00f3<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>No menys important, \u00e9s l&#8217;elecci\u00f3 del <strong>material esportiu <\/strong>(roba, cal\u00e7at i pala) que hauria de ser l&#8217;adequat per a cada persona.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si tots aquests factors no es tenen en consideraci\u00f3, podrien ocasionar <strong>lesions<\/strong>. Tendinitis de l&#8217;espatlla i tendinitis del colze (epicondilitis o &#8220;colze del tenista&#8221;)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>La causa principal de les <strong>lesions <\/strong>del <strong>bra\u00e7 <\/strong>i el <strong>colze<\/strong>, \u00e9s la repetici\u00f3 constant de moviments en colpejar la pilota.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si ens han diagnosticat una <strong>tendinitis del colze <\/strong>(<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.activasalut.com\/ca\/que-debes-saber-sobre-la-epicondilitis\/\">epicondilitis <\/a><\/strong>o <strong>&#8220;colze del tenista&#8221;<\/strong>)<strong> \u00e9s molt important realitzar un tractament de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fisiogestion.com\/ca\/servicios-en-centros\/\">rehabilitaci\u00f3 f\u00edsica<\/a> preco\u00e7<\/strong>, ja que aquesta lesi\u00f3 podria convertir-se en una malaltia cr\u00f2nica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Una de les lesions m\u00e9s greus de l&#8217;espatlla \u00e9s la <strong>luxaci\u00f3 de l&#8217;espatlla<\/strong>, aquesta \u00e9s menys freq\u00fcent i consisteix en la sortida del cap de l&#8217;h\u00famer de la seva cavitat articular en l&#8217;espatlla i aquesta sol produir-se durant un smash.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Per a evitar aquestes <strong>lesions <\/strong>i el <strong>desgast <\/strong>d&#8217;aquestes <strong>articulacions <\/strong>seran molt importants els <strong>exercicis d&#8217;estiraments musculars <\/strong>abans i despr\u00e9s de jugar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3>2. Tendinitis del genoll<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>El <strong>p\u00e0del <\/strong>requereix canvis r\u00e0pids de direcci\u00f3 i a vegades es produeixen girs bruscos de <strong>genoll<\/strong>. Aix\u00f2 pot donar lloc a <strong>esquin\u00e7os de genoll<\/strong>, que afecten els lligaments (laterals i creuats) que donen <strong>estabilitat <\/strong>al <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.activasalut.com\/ca\/la-salud-de-tu-rodilla\/\">genoll<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La <strong>condromal\u00e0cia rotuliana<\/strong> suposa el desgast del cart\u00edlag intern de la <strong>r\u00f2tula <\/strong>i aquesta lesi\u00f3 es produeix per la <strong>fricci\u00f3 <\/strong>cont\u00ednua entre la <strong>r\u00f2tula <\/strong>i el <strong>f\u00e8mur<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En la <strong>rehabilitaci\u00f3 f\u00edsica<\/strong> d&#8217;aquestes lesions s\u00f3n importants els exercicis de <strong>tonificaci\u00f3 muscular <\/strong>de la cuixa (<strong>qu\u00e0driceps <\/strong>i <strong>isquiotibials<\/strong>).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3>3. Tendinitis del peu (tendinitis d&#8217;Aquil\u00b7les)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Els continus <strong>salts <\/strong>i les <strong>carreres <\/strong>realitzades durant el joc del <strong>p\u00e0del<\/strong>, poden perjudicar el <strong>peu <\/strong>de <strong>l&#8217;esportista<\/strong>, i provocar la <strong>fascitis plantar <\/strong>que \u00e9s una inflamaci\u00f3 del teixit que cobreix la planta del peu i arriba al tal\u00f3. Tamb\u00e9 es pot produir l&#8217;<strong>esper\u00f3 de calcani del peu<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Per a prevenir aquestes <strong>lesions<\/strong>, s\u00f3n importants els exercicis <strong>d&#8217;estiraments <\/strong>i els <strong>estudis podol\u00f2gics<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En tots els casos, \u00e9s primordial un <strong>tractament de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fisiogestion.com\/ca\/servicios-en-centros\/fisioterapia\/\">fisioter\u00e0pia<\/a><\/strong>, per a evitar <strong>recidives <\/strong>i <strong>complicacions<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3>4. Tendinitis del canell<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Igual que en el <strong>colze <\/strong>i <strong>avantbra\u00e7<\/strong>, la causa principal de les <strong>lesions de canell<\/strong> \u00e9s la repetici\u00f3 constant de <strong>moviments <\/strong>en colpejar la pilota.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Per a prevenir-ho, s&#8217;aconsella mantenir la <strong>pala <\/strong>subjecta amb l&#8217;altra m\u00e0 mentre no es colpeja la pilota. \u00c9s b\u00e0sic <strong>escalfar <\/strong>el <strong>canell<\/strong>, uns minuts abans de comen\u00e7ar a colpejar amb la pala.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3>5. Mal d&#8217;esquena<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>El <strong>dolor d&#8217;esquena<\/strong> \u00e9s tamb\u00e9 molt com\u00fa en aquest <strong>esport<\/strong>. Els moviments s\u00f3n molt repetitius i explosius, la qual cosa provoca <strong>sobrec\u00e0rregues <\/strong>i desequilibris musculars entre la paret abdominal i lumbar.
