T\u00e9 una explicaci\u00f3: <strong>els<\/strong> <strong>ritmes<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<p>Els <strong>ritmes <\/strong>s\u00f3n importants per al bon desenvolupament de la vida de qualsevol \u00e9sser viu. Hi ha moltes classificacions, per\u00f2 la m\u00e9s usual \u00e9s la d&#8217;Enrigh (1981) que els agrupa segons la freq\u00fc\u00e8ncia de la seva oscil\u00b7laci\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3>Classificaci\u00f3 dels ritmes<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol><li><strong>Ultradians<\/strong>: s\u00f3n els que ocorren diverses vegades en un dia, en per\u00edodes inferiors a 19 hores, com el ritme cad\u00edac.<\/li><li><strong>Circadians<\/strong>: s\u00f3n els que duren entre 19 &#8211; 29 hores, com el ritme de son &#8211; vigilia.<\/li><li><strong>Infradians<\/strong>: s\u00f3n els cicles que duren m\u00e9s de 29 hores, com el ritme menstrual.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h3>Difer\u00e8ncia entre ritme i cicle<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Podem afirmar que els <strong>ritmes biol\u00f2gics<\/strong> s\u00f3n una adaptaci\u00f3 de l&#8217;entorn i cal diferenciar entre ritme i cicle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Un <strong>cicle<\/strong> \u00e9s una successi\u00f3 d&#8217;esdeveniments que tenen lloc de manera repetitiva, sempre en el mateix ordre, sense tenir en compte el temps en qu\u00e8 tenen lloc. Quan cada cicle passa en un interval de temps constant i previsible, podem dir que estem davant d&#8217;un <strong>ritme<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3>Fisioter\u00e0pia i sexualitat<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>I com podem relacionar la fisioter\u00e0pia amb la sexualitat? A trav\u00e9s de la <strong>fisiosexologia<\/strong>. Aquesta disciplina t\u00e9 una base cient\u00edfica d&#8217;acord amb la <strong>ci\u00e8ncia de la motricitat<\/strong> (estudi del moviment), <strong>erotologia <\/strong>(ci\u00e8ncia de l&#8217;erotisme), <strong>antropologia sexual<\/strong> (comportament sexual hum\u00e0) i <strong>semiologia sexual<\/strong> (ci\u00e8ncia del llenguatge verbal en relaci\u00f3 amb la sexualitat).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large is-resized\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.fisiogestion.com\/\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.activasalut.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/man-802062_1920-1024x680.jpg\" alt=\"Ritmos, fisioterapia y sexualidad\" class=\"wp-image-5423\" width=\"575\" height=\"382\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.activasalut.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/man-802062_1920-1024x680.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/www.activasalut.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/man-802062_1920-300x199.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.activasalut.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/man-802062_1920-768x510.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.activasalut.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/man-802062_1920-1536x1020.jpg 1536w, https:\/\/www.activasalut.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/man-802062_1920.jpg 1920w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 575px) 100vw, 575px\" \/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h4>Termes relacionats<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Per a entrar en mat\u00e8ria, us explico alguns termes rellevants:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li><strong>Funci\u00f3 er\u00f2tica<\/strong>: est\u00e0 relacionada amb la pr\u00e0ctica sexual i t\u00e9 una part de socialitzaci\u00f3 (motivaci\u00f3 per a interactuar amb els altres que ajuda al desenvolupament de l&#8217;individu). I tamb\u00e9 t\u00e9 una part d&#8217;equilibri psicol\u00f2gic i f\u00edsic (relacionada amb l&#8217;autoconeixement per a poder donar-se a con\u00e8ixer als altres).<\/li><li><strong>Parella<\/strong>: la parella pot ser merament sexual o amorosa.<\/li><li><strong>Emotivaci\u00f3<\/strong>: en l&#8217;\u00e0mbit biol\u00f2gic, l&#8217;amor va associat a les hormones de tipus amfetamines. Pel que fa al sexe aquest va associat a la dopamina. Per tant, l&#8217;emotivaci\u00f3 (emoci\u00f3 + motivaci\u00f3) sempre va associada a la dopamina.<\/li><li><strong>Hipot\u00e0lem<\/strong>: \u00e9s una regi\u00f3 cerebral on es codifiquen els ritmes del cos, incloent-hi la libido (desig de sexe). La libido en la dona \u00e9s freq\u00fcencial mentre que en l&#8217;home \u00e9s lineal.<\/li><li><strong>L\u00f2bul frontal<\/strong>: \u00e9s una regi\u00f3 del cervell on apareixen totes les prohibicions i \u00e9s en part el culpable de les alteracions no org\u00e0niques sexuals.<\/li><li><strong>Plaer<\/strong>: \u00e9s un tipus d&#8217;estimulaci\u00f3 neurol\u00f2gica.<\/li><li><strong>Orgasme<\/strong>: \u00e9s la part emocional del plaer.<\/li><li><strong>Osgaste<\/strong>: \u00e9s la manifestaci\u00f3 f\u00edsica de l&#8217;orgasme. \u00c9s una explosi\u00f3 de plaer que en les dones pot manifestar-se de diferents formes (ejaculaci\u00f3&#8230;) i en els homes nom\u00e9s a trav\u00e9s de l&#8217;ejaculaci\u00f3.<\/li><li><strong>Zones er\u00f2genes<\/strong>: aquestes poden ser de diferents tipus:<ul><li><strong>Prim\u00e0ries<\/strong>: que s\u00f3n les m\u00e9s primitives com el cl\u00edtoris, el gland, llavis menors, vagina anterior, meat uretral i zona anal.<\/li><li><strong>Secund\u00e0ries<\/strong>: s\u00f3n les mames, natges, sacre, cara descendent de la cuixa, tal\u00f3 d&#8217;Aquil\u00b7les i turmell. Aquestes s\u00f3n zones que a trav\u00e9s del massatge poden augmentar l&#8217;activaci\u00f3 sexual.<\/li><li><strong>Terci\u00e0ries<\/strong>: Aquestes zones difereixen molt d&#8217;un individu a un altre, ja que depenen molt de les experi\u00e8ncies passades. Aquestes s\u00f3n molt importants en el tractament perqu\u00e8 poden ser activadores o inhibidores de l&#8217;activaci\u00f3 sexual. Per tant, ser\u00e0 important saber quins s\u00f3n en el tractament de la disfunci\u00f3 sexual.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3>Trastorns sexuals<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Els trastorns sexuals tot i que generalment, el problema \u00e9s multicausal amb combinaci\u00f3 d&#8217;elements biol\u00f2gics, psicol\u00f2gics i interpersonals que causen una preocupaci\u00f3 personal, els podem classificar en:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol><li><strong>Trastorn del desig sexual<\/strong>: disminuci\u00f3 o inhibici\u00f3 persistent o recurrent del pensament sexual amb desig o sense de l&#8217;activitat sexual. En aquest trastorn tamb\u00e9 pot existir l&#8217;aversi\u00f3 f\u00f2bica.<\/li><li><strong>Trastorn de l&#8217;excitaci\u00f3 sexual<\/strong>: incapacitaci\u00f3 d&#8217;arribar o mantenir l&#8217;excitaci\u00f3 sexual suficient. Causa preocupaci\u00f3 i s&#8217;expressa com a falta d&#8217;excitaci\u00f3 subjectiva o genital.<\/li><li><strong>Trastorn org\u00e0smic<\/strong>: dificultat, retard o abs\u00e8ncia d&#8217;orgasme despr\u00e9s de rebre l&#8217;estimulaci\u00f3 i excitaci\u00f3 sexual suficient.<\/li><li><strong>Trastorn del dolor sexual:<\/strong> pot apar\u00e8ixer amb dolor genital associat al coit (dispar\u00e8unia) o espasme involuntari vaginal que dificulta la penetraci\u00f3 (vaginisme). En l&#8217;home el dolor sexual, gaireb\u00e9 sempre va associat a una patologia org\u00e0nica, com el priapisme (dolor per erecci\u00f3 continuada) associat a la diabetis.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>En la majoria de trastorns \u00e9s necessari fer una reprogramaci\u00f3 consistent en:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En tots aquests trastorns i sempre despr\u00e9s d&#8217;un bon diagn\u00f2stic la fisiosexologia pot ajudar a aquests pacients.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol><li><strong>Millora corporal global<\/strong>: integraci\u00f3 de totes les parts del cos (per exemple recomanant el massatge sensorial r\u00edtmic).<\/li><li><strong>Redescobriment del cos per seccions<\/strong>: amb t\u00e8cniques com l&#8217;examen visual de l&#8217;aparell genital i t\u00e8cniques de vibraci\u00f3.<\/li><li><strong>Aproximaci\u00f3 a l&#8217;altre:<\/strong> a trav\u00e9s de t\u00e8cniques d&#8217;exercicis de <em>touching <\/em>postural i din\u00e0mic.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h3>T\u00e8cniques de fisioter\u00e0pia<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Tamb\u00e9 a trav\u00e9s de t\u00e8cniques de fisioter\u00e0pia basades en t\u00e8cniques corporals podem tractar algunes afectacions.
