No tan sols est\u00e0 implicada la <strong>musculatura abdominal i la lumbar<\/strong>, sin\u00f3 que tamb\u00e9 t\u00e9 un paper important, <strong>la musculatura del s\u00f2l pelvi\u00e0<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El&nbsp;core&nbsp;s&#8217;encarrega de donar estabilitat a la nostra columna lumbar i pelvis, ajudant a millorar els <strong>dolors en aquesta zona<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3><strong>Beneficis d&#8217;entrenar el CORE<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol type=\"1\"><li>Millora la biomec\u00e0nica de la columna vertebral.<\/li><li>Millora la biomec\u00e0nica de la cintura pelviana.<\/li><li>Prev\u00e9 les lesions esportives.<\/li><li>Millora l\u2019estabilitat, l\u2019equilibri i la coordinaci\u00f3 corporal.<\/li><li>S\u00f2l pelvi\u00e0 saludable.<\/li><li><strong>Disminueix el dolor d\u2019esquena<\/strong> (lumb\u00e0lgia).<\/li><li>Millora de l\u2019efici\u00e8ncia i potencia esportiva.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h3>Com entrenar el CORE<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Per a entrenar el\u00a0<strong>CORE<\/strong>, hem de tenir en compte que hi ha m\u00fasculs que hem d&#8217;enfortir i altres, estirar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Per aix\u00f2, per a treballar-lo, el programa d&#8217;exercicis el dividirem en tres grups:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol type=\"1\"><li><strong>Enfortir<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>Flexibilitzar<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>Estirar<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h3>Programa d&#8217;exercicis<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h4><strong>GRUP 1<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<h4><strong><u>ENFORTIR:<\/u> Transvers de l&#8217;abdomen i els oblic<\/strong>s<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Mantenir cada posici\u00f3 durant 30 segons.
