{"id":6464,"date":"2020-10-01T15:48:07","date_gmt":"2020-10-01T13:48:07","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.activasalut.com\/?p=6464"},"modified":"2020-10-02T12:25:14","modified_gmt":"2020-10-02T10:25:14","slug":"prevencio-de-les-lesions-de-turmell","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.activasalut.com\/ca\/prevencio-de-les-lesions-de-turmell\/","title":{"rendered":"Prevenci\u00f3 de les lesions de turmell"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Has patit una lesi\u00f3 de turmell, de lligaments, una fractura\u2026 que t\u2019ha mantingut amb una immobilitzaci\u00f3 i ara tens la musculatura atrofiada i el turmell feble i inestable?<br>Pateixes esquin\u00e7os de turmell de manera freq\u00fcent?<br>Fa temps que no fas activitat i vols comen\u00e7ar a fer esport?<br>En aquest cas, et proposem <strong>uns exercicis amb els quals mobilitzarem el turmell i les seves estructures<\/strong>, per tal de <strong>generar est\u00edmuls propioceptius al sistema nervi\u00f3s<\/strong> i aix\u00ed ajudar a <strong>prevenir futures lesions o recaigudes.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<h2>Breu descripci\u00f3 de l&#8217;anatomia del turmell<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019articulaci\u00f3 del turmell est\u00e0 formada per <strong>3 articulacions<\/strong>: la tibioperoneal-astragalina (engloba els ossos de la t\u00edbia, el peron\u00e9 i l\u2019astr\u00e0gal) i les articulacions subastragalines anterior i posterior. Estabilitzades mitjan\u00e7ant <strong>un conjunt de lligaments<\/strong> per assegurar un bon moviment i una correcta posici\u00f3 del peu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-large is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.activasalut.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/Anatomia-turmell.jpg\" alt=\"Prevenci\u00f3 de les lesions de turmell\" class=\"wp-image-6438\" width=\"278\" height=\"239\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2>Lesions m\u00e9s comunes del turmell<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3>Esquin\u00e7 de turmell<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>La patologia m\u00e9s freq\u00fcent \u00e9s l\u2019esquin\u00e7 del lligament lateral extern (LLE). Aquest juntament amb el lligament lateral intern (LLI) s\u00f3n els principals estabilitzadors laterals del turmell. Moviments for\u00e7ats porten a un estirament excessiu d\u2019aquests lligaments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" width=\"309\" height=\"163\" src=\"https:\/\/www.activasalut.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/Fractura-de-tobillo.png\" alt=\"Prevenci\u00f3 de les lesions de turmell\" class=\"wp-image-6440\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3>Fractura de turmell<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Les m\u00e9s freq\u00fcents es produeixen quan es realitzen moviments for\u00e7ats del peu, donant com a resultat una fragmentaci\u00f3 del peron\u00e9 o la t\u00edbia (unimaleolars) o dels dos costats alhora (bimaleolars).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3>Tendinopaties<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>El tend\u00f3 \u00e9s un teixit altament especialitzat encarregat de transmetre les forces produ\u00efdes al ventre muscular, fins a la seva inserci\u00f3 a l&#8217;os, perqu\u00e8 es produeixi el moviment desitjat. La m\u00e9s comuna de les tendinopaties pel que fa al turmell \u00e9s la Tendinitis del tend\u00f3 d&#8217;Aquil\u00b7les.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2>Exercicis de prevenci\u00f3<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La <strong>propiocepci\u00f3 <\/strong>\u00e9s un dels factors de la coordinaci\u00f3 i compr\u00e8n l\u2019equilibri juntament amb la capacitat d\u2019adaptaci\u00f3 i de reacci\u00f3 del nostre cos.<br><strong>L\u2019objectiu principal de l\u2019entrenament de la propiocepci\u00f3, \u00e9s aconseguir una millor consci\u00e8ncia corporal.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3>Exercicis de mobilitzaci\u00f3 activa<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Aquests exercicis serveixen per recuperar la mobilitat al turmell, els farem molt <strong>lentament i evitant el dolor<\/strong>, repetint 10 vegades cada moviment, i realitzant 3 s\u00e8ries de cada un.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li><strong>Flexi\u00f3-extensi\u00f3<\/strong>: Apropem les puntes dels dits del peu el m\u00e0xim cap amunt i, l\u2019acci\u00f3 contr\u00e0ria, portem les puntes cap a baix tot el que es pugui.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.activasalut.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/1.a._Ejercicios-de-mobilizacion-activa-1.jpg\" alt=\"Prevenci\u00f3 de les lesions de turmell\" width=\"415\" height=\"415\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<ul><li><strong>Eversi\u00f3-inversi\u00f3<\/strong>: Desplacem cap als costats les puntes dels dits, sempre procurant realitzar tot el moviment complet.<\/li><li><strong>Circumducci\u00f3<\/strong>: Realitzem cercles en un sentit i en l\u2019altre, a poc a poc i intentant realitzar el moviment el m\u00e9s ampli possible. Controlarem moure nom\u00e9s el turmell, no tota la cama.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3>Exercicis de propiocepci\u00f3 i equilibri<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Aquests exercicis els farem 3 vegades, durant 30 segons, procurarem mantenir l\u2019estabilitat, no ens ha de produir dolor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li><strong>Tal\u00f3-punta en bipedestaci\u00f3<\/strong>: podem buscar un punt de suport amb les mans per fer l\u2019exercici per a sentir-nos m\u00e9s segurs.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul><li><strong>Caminar de puntetes<\/strong>: ens posarem sobre les puntes dels peus, i mantenint la posici\u00f3, caminarem durant mig minut.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul><li><strong>Unipodal pas anterior<\/strong>: Realitzem un pas endavant amb la cama que volem treballar, carregant tot el pes en aquesta i intentarem aixecar l\u2019altre. Mantenim l\u2019equilibri uns segons i descansem. Comencem amb el turmell que ens notem m\u00e9s segurs.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.activasalut.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/2.c_Ejercicios-propioceptivos-y-de-equilibrio.jpg\" alt=\"Prevenci\u00f3n de las lesiones de tobillo\" width=\"457\" height=\"457\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3>Exercicis d\u2019estirament<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Realitzarem un estirament <strong>progressiu i suau<\/strong>, fins que notem tensi\u00f3, \u201cno dolor\u201d a la musculatura estirada.
