Per qu\u00e8 no tolero estar molt de temps de peu o assegut? Per qu\u00e8 em cruixen els genolls al baixar o pujar les escales? Per qu\u00e8 em fa mal tot?<\/span><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Existeixen molts factors que poden donar aquest malestar, <strong>l\u2019edat<\/strong>, <strong>la for\u00e7a<\/strong>, i <strong>la flexibilitat poden disminuir i augmentar l\u2019estr\u00e8s i les c\u00e0rregues laborals que portem en el nostre dia a dia<\/strong>. Per evitar aquest desequilibri i prevenir la possibilitat del dolor d\u2019esquena i aquesta incomoditat general, hem de \u201cfer un esfor\u00e7\u201d de cuidar-nos i mantenir una bona postura.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Som conscients que el dolor d\u2019esquena pot influir:<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">&#8211; En <strong>l\u2019estat d\u2019\u00e0nim<\/strong>, \u201cfaci el que faci em fa mal\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">&#8211; En <strong>les emocions<\/strong>, \u201cestic m\u00e9s irritat, estic fart\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">&#8211; En <strong>la qualitat de la son<\/strong>, \u201cem costa dormir i no aconsegueixo trobar la posici\u00f3\u201d, \u201cem desperto amb freq\u00fc\u00e8ncia\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">&#8211; En <strong>les relacions socials<\/strong>, \u201cno tinc ganes de sortir\u201d, \u201cde fer res\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Per\u00f2, si aconsegueixes un bon acondiciament postural, disminuir\u00e0s la tensi\u00f3 muscular i la sensaci\u00f3 de rigidesa i malestar.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Per aquest motiu, \u00e9s tan important dedicar temps a cuidar tots els aspectes de la nostra persona.
