pr\u00e0ctica esportiva des del punt de vista fisiol\u00f2gic i psicol\u00f2gic (Taronger i S\u00e8gol, 2001).<\/span><\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000080;\">Escalfament al Postural Training<\/span><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u00c9s per aix\u00f2, que per realitzar una <a title=\"Qu\u00e9 es Postural Training\" href=\"https:\/\/www.activasalut.com\/posturaltraining\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">sessi\u00f3 de Postural Training<\/a> haurem de realitzar un escalfament dirigit a moure suaument i progressivament tots els m\u00fasculs i articulacions per poder posteriorment realitzar esfor\u00e7os sense patir cap lesi\u00f3 i obtenint el m\u00e0xim
