Ajuden a la prevenci\u00f3 i a la recuperaci\u00f3 de lesions de l&#8217;aparell locomotor entre uns altres<\/b>.<\/span><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Hi ha molts factors que influeixen en la flexibilitat muscular. A la disminuci\u00f3 de la propietat el\u00e0stica d&#8217;un m\u00fascul l\u2019anomenarem &#8220;<b>retracci\u00f3 muscular<\/b>&#8220;.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Entre els factors possibles que poden influir en l&#8217;actitud postural podem trobar el sedentarisme, la personalitat i les emocions (influ\u00e8ncia psico-comportamental), el dolor, &#8230; i molts altres.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">A la vegada, tots aquests provoquen retraccions en certs grups musculars que determinen un canvi postural. Tamb\u00e9 s&#8217;han de tenir en compte causes cong\u00e8nites o heredit\u00e0ries.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">En funci\u00f3 de la posici\u00f3 corporal que adoptem podem posar en tensi\u00f3 un \u00fanic m\u00fascul, uns pocs alhora o b\u00e9, tota una cadena muscular.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><b>Entenem per cadena muscular un conjunt de m\u00fasculs que a causa del seu origen i inserci\u00f3 (inici i fi del trajecte d&#8217;aquest m\u00fascul) es relacionen entre ells (s\u2019imbriquen) formant una cadena muscular.<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Des d&#8217;un punt de vista simplificat, podr\u00edem pensar que el cos est\u00e0 format per un conjunt tancat de cordes (m\u00fasculs) i corrioles (articulacions). Per tant, un exc\u00e9s de tensi\u00f3 o escur\u00e7ament en una regi\u00f3 (m\u00fascul o grup muscular) es compensar\u00e0 en una altra part del cos alterant la postura.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">En realitzar els estiraments de cadenes musculars, en funci\u00f3 de la postura de treball d&#8217;estirament global que adoptem, hi ha certa musculatura que s&#8217;estira i una altra que es contrau. Es completa aquesta visi\u00f3 global amb el treball respiratori, el qual pot variar segons l&#8217;objectiu i la persona.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><b>De forma espont\u00e0nia i involunt\u00e0ria durant les activitats del nostre dia a dia anem a tenir una millor consci\u00e8ncia corporal i higiene postural. Aix\u00f2 ho aconseguim gr\u00e0cies a haver alliberat aquells grups musculars retrets o escur\u00e7ats que ens provoquen les descompensacions corporals<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">La idea \u00e9s modelar el cos corregint certes descompensacions posturals i millorar la nostre percepci\u00f3 corporal.
