Tamb\u00e9 hi ha una millora d\u2019aspectes emocionals, de la qualitat de vida i del patr\u00f3 de la son.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3><strong>Objectius que ens marquem amb la realitzaci\u00f3 d\u2019exercici f\u00edsic<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Millorar la condici\u00f3 f\u00edsica en general.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Millorar la flexibilitat.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Millorar la mobilitat.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Millorar la postura.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Millorar la qualitat del son.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Disminuir l\u2019ansietat i millorar l\u2019estat d\u2019\u00e0nim.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2><strong>T<\/strong><strong>ipus d\u2019exercicis<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3><strong>E<\/strong><strong>xercicis que augmenten l\u2019activitat f\u00edsica general<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Hem d\u2019intentar realitzar una <strong>activitat f\u00edsica moderada i mantinguda<\/strong>, mantenint un nivell d\u2019activitat constant cada dia. El fet de fer massa activitat els dies que et trobes millor, pot provocar un augment de la fatiga en els dies posteriors. Aix\u00ed doncs, seria convenient marcar-se objectius diaris que es puguin assolir (anar a comprar, estendre la roba&#8230;), procurant alternar activitats amb intensitats f\u00edsiques diferents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3><strong>E<\/strong><strong>xercicis aer\u00f2bics de baix impacte<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Per comen\u00e7ar podem fer-ho amb <strong>passejades, caminar<\/strong> per una cinta rodant, <strong>anar en bicicleta<\/strong>, <strong>nataci\u00f3 o exercicis dins l\u2019aigua<\/strong>. S\u2019ha de fer regularment, i segons vagis progressant t\u2019anir\u00e0s sentint m\u00e9s c\u00f2mode.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pot ser que necessitis comen\u00e7ar a nivells baixos, i anar augmentant la durada i la freq\u00fc\u00e8ncia dels exercicis, fins que arribis a exercitar de <strong>30 a 60 minuts,<\/strong> un m\u00ednim de <strong>4 cops per setmana<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A l\u2019inici l\u2019exercici pot fer que augmenti el dolor, \u00e9s per la falta de costum, una mica de dolor \u00e9s normal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>El m\u00e9s important \u00e9s comen\u00e7ar a fer exercici i no deixar de fer-ne<\/strong>!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3><strong>Exercicis flexibilitzants<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Els pacients amb fibromi\u00e0lgia presenten una disminuci\u00f3 de la flexibilitat a causa del <a href=\"https:\/\/www.activasalut.com\/ca\/de-donde-proviene-el-dolor\/\">dolor <\/a>originat pels m\u00fasculs r\u00edgids i tensos. Amb el temps aquesta falta de flexibilitat pot afectar a les activitats de la vida di\u00e0ria com ajupir-se, estirar els bra\u00e7os per agafar coses, etc. \u00c9s necessari <strong>fer estiraments de forma pausada i sense provocar dolor<\/strong>, es recomana realitzar-los de <strong>2 a 3 cops per setmana.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3><strong>Exercicis respiratoris i de relaxaci\u00f3<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-large is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.activasalut.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/Yoga-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-6625\" width=\"326\" height=\"217\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.activasalut.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/Yoga-1.jpg 1000w, https:\/\/www.activasalut.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/Yoga-1-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.activasalut.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/Yoga-1-768x512.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.activasalut.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/Yoga-1-604x402.jpg 604w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 326px) 100vw, 326px\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Una actitud positiva \u00e9s fonamental<\/strong>, i per aix\u00f2 practicar ioga, taitx\u00ed, txi-kung, qualsevol t\u00e8cnica de relaxaci\u00f3, exercicis respiratoris i meditaci\u00f3 pot ser de gran ajuda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Els s\u00edmptomes que apareixen amb la fibromi\u00e0lgia empitjoren amb la tensi\u00f3, amb les situacions d\u2019estr\u00e8s i amb una mala qualitat del son.
