El sistema musculoesquel\u00e8tic no flota en el buit, requereix de el <strong>sistema fascial<\/strong> per a unificar estructures i donar-li funcionalitat al cos, aconseguint d&#8217;aquesta manera la continu\u00eftat i interacci\u00f3 entre les diferents cavitats corporals (p\u00e8lvica, abdominal, tor\u00e0cica) i la connexi\u00f3 entre els diferents sistemes (vascular, nervi\u00f3s, limf\u00e0tic&#8230;).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<p>La <strong>f\u00e0scia <\/strong>s&#8217;inclou dins del teixit connectiu, <strong>embolica totes les estructures del nostre cos, les connecta entre si, mant\u00e9 la seva estructura, donant-los suport i facilitant el moviment corporal<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-large is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.activasalut.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/musculo-ret.jpg\" alt=\"Libera tu postura en 15 minutos\" class=\"wp-image-6583\" width=\"382\" height=\"318\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.activasalut.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/musculo-ret.jpg 1000w, https:\/\/www.activasalut.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/musculo-ret-300x250.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.activasalut.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/musculo-ret-768x641.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 382px) 100vw, 382px\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Mantenir el nostre cos saludable i tenir una <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.activasalut.com\/ca\/postura-corporal\/\">postura<\/a><\/strong> lliure de tensions comporta tenir un <strong>sistema fascial equilibrat<\/strong>. Nom\u00e9s ens podrem sentir c\u00f2modes en el nostre cos si <strong>l&#8217;estructura (tela = f\u00e0scia)<\/strong> que ens sost\u00e9 compleix la seva funci\u00f3 donant llibertat i harmonia a la nostra postura.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Qu\u00e8 tal si passem a la pr\u00e0ctica? <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2>Exercicis per alliberar la nostra postura<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Com si es tract\u00e9s d&#8217;un <strong>esc\u00e0ner<\/strong> et convido que <strong>observis la teva postura<\/strong> i aix\u00ed notar com se situa el teu cos en l&#8217;espai, escanejarem cada zona des d&#8217;una visi\u00f3 perceptiva i experiencial. <strong>Per a aix\u00f2 necessitarem 2 parells de pilotes de tenis, una cadira i l&#8217;espai suficient a terra per a poder estirar-te de panxa enlaire (pots utilitzar una estoreta per a la teva comoditat).<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-large is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.activasalut.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/pilotes_cadira_yoga-1024x399.jpg\" alt=\"Libera tu postura en 15 minutos\" class=\"wp-image-6581\" width=\"470\" height=\"182\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.activasalut.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/pilotes_cadira_yoga-1024x399.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/www.activasalut.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/pilotes_cadira_yoga-300x117.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.activasalut.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/pilotes_cadira_yoga-1536x599.jpg 1536w, https:\/\/www.activasalut.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/pilotes_cadira_yoga-2048x799.jpg 2048w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 470px) 100vw, 470px\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Tot preparat? Alliberarem el nostre cos!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3><strong><strong>Pasos a seguir:<\/strong><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h4>1. Observaci\u00f3 (esc\u00e0ner inicial) <\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Posa&#8217;t dret per a realitzar el primer escaneig de cap a peus, passant per cada segment. Com et sents? On notes que es dirigeix el pes del teu cos? On perceps la teva respiraci\u00f3? La teva mirada va endavant, enfoca a terra, al sostre? On notes una major tensi\u00f3?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4>2. Exercicis d&#8217;alliberament miofascial<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Col\u00b7loca la pilota a les zones indicades per a cada exercici (seguir la seq\u00fc\u00e8ncia indicada en les fotos). Durant 2 minuts mantindrem les pilotes a la zona que s&#8217;indiqui, la <strong>tensi\u00f3 inicial anir\u00e0 cedint<\/strong> a mesura que vagis aprofundint en la <strong>respiraci\u00f3<\/strong>. Pot ser molest, si hi ha dolor intens, en algun exercici pararem. Es recomana realitzar-los de manera <strong>bilateral<\/strong>, primer un costat i despr\u00e9s l&#8217;altre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5><strong>Seq\u00fc\u00e8ncia d&#8217;exercicis<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<h5>1.
