Ens ajuda a controlar-nos, a no accelerar-nos, i ens distribueix el temps per pensar, caminar i no cansar-se. <strong>La respiraci\u00f3 \u00e9s la base<\/strong>. Quan respires entra oxigen. L&#8217;oxigen \u00e9s vida, encara que cal fer-ho d&#8217;una manera respectuosa, equilibrada i constant.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">La respiraci\u00f3 correcta \u00e9s la <em>C<\/em><i>ost diafragm\u00e0tica abdominal<\/i>. L&#8217;aire ha d&#8217;anar des de la base dels pulmons i a poc a poc anar omplint tot el pulm\u00f3. Si fem una respiraci\u00f3 superior, pujant el pit, \u00e9s de tipus accelerada, que al segon implicar\u00e0 que la persona vagi estressada. <b>La respiraci\u00f3 ben feta aporta aquesta dosi de pau que un necessita per anar en equilibri per la vida<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>La postura ideal per respirar<\/strong><\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Postura recta, l&#8217;esquena ha d&#8217;estar en equilibri corporal, amb les cames, amb els peus\u2026 En inspirar, l&#8217;aire entra en silenci, en rep\u00f2s pel nas, el moviment ha de ser anterior, lateral i posterior de tota la zona diafragm\u00e0tica.<\/strong> Jo sempre els hi dic als meus pacients: \u201cRecordeu els pulmons no s\u00f3n alguna cosa plana, s\u00f3n com un globus. Com s&#8217;inflen els globus? Doncs en tres dimensions: Anterior, lateral i posterior. Aix\u00ed \u00e9s la inspiraci\u00f3 (silenci). A poc a poc anem notant com es van omplint, i despr\u00e9s progressivament l&#8217;aire va sortint. En el moment de parlar tan correcte \u00e9s inspirar pel nas, com per la boca\u2026L&#8217;important \u00e9s el circuit des de la zona diafragm\u00e0tica cap amunt.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">La<b> respiraci\u00f3 diafragm\u00e0tica <\/b>implica estar uns segons m\u00e9s que en la respiraci\u00f3 superior, i en el ritme de vida fren\u00e8tica que portem no d\u00f3na temps,<b> aix\u00ed que hem de canviar l&#8217;h\u00e0bit accelerat i minorar el tempo diari\u2026 recolzar-nos en la respiraci\u00f3 que ens equilibrar\u00e0<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Si respires correctament millorar\u00e0s la teva qualitat de vida di\u00e0ria<\/span><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">La sang transporta l&#8217;oxigen per tot el nostre cos.
