Els professionals de la salut tenim el deure de promocionar l&#8217;envelliment actiu.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><b>Qu\u00e8 s&#8217;ent\u00e9n per envelliment actiu?<\/b> Arribar a la vellesa amb la millor qualitat de vida possible, la qual cosa implica estar preparat per entendre aquesta etapa com un cicle de creixement personal de manera que l&#8217;objectiu <b>\u00e9s sumar vida als anys i no anar afegint anys a la vida amb actitud passiva<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Existeixen programes d&#8217;activaci\u00f3 i estimulaci\u00f3 integral que donen suport a aquest creixement personal tan necessari per envellir activament.
