Generalment acabes treballant en un camp espec\u00edfic, per\u00f2 sobretot has de tenir clar que la panacea no existeix. En el meu cas, va ser el consell d\u2019una gran professional i companya la que em va encaminar a dedicar-me a la Rehabilitaci\u00f3 (RH)B del s\u00f2l pelvi\u00e0.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Darrerament, en la meva pr\u00e0ctica professional, havia sentit a parlar del m\u00e8tode Pilates per part de moltes de les pacients. Encara recordo que quan m\u2019explicaven com realitzaven la pr\u00e0ctica d\u2019exercicis abdominals, em posava les mans al cap i els hi contraindicava totalment, perqu\u00e8 creia francament que empitjorava la qualitat d\u2019aquest, encara desconegut m\u00fascul, que s\u2019encarrega entre d\u2019altres coses de la contin\u00e8ncia urin\u00e0ria, de gasos i fecal.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.activasalut.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/11\/Fotograma_0046_COL_TAB_E4.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-371\" src=\"https:\/\/www.activasalut.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/11\/Fotograma_0046_COL_TAB_E4-300x218.jpg\" alt=\"Fotograma_0046_COL_TAB_E4\" width=\"300\" height=\"218\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.activasalut.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/11\/Fotograma_0046_COL_TAB_E4-300x218.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.activasalut.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/11\/Fotograma_0046_COL_TAB_E4.jpg 480w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Actualment estic formant-me en el m\u00e8tode de <strong><em>Peak Pilates<\/em><\/strong> a la <em>Fundaci\u00f3 Universit\u00e0ria del Bages<\/em> i gr\u00e0cies a la bona doc\u00e8ncia que estic rebent puc dir que aquest m\u00e8tode ben realitzat i executat no empitjora l\u2019estat del m\u00fascul del s\u00f2l pelvi\u00e0, per\u00f2 no ens enganyem, tampoc \u00e9s un m\u00e8tode per enfortir-lo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Un exemple pr\u00e0ctic seria <b>com indicar fer series abdominals a una persona amb problemes de incontin\u00e8ncia urin\u00e0ria<\/b>. Al exercici <b><i>Single Leg Stretch<\/i><\/b> que es practica a <b><i>Peak Pilates<\/i><\/b>, indicar\u00edem activar b\u00e9 la cullera o <i>Scuup<\/i>, sempre pensant amb una l\u00ednia de botons que hem de cordar que van del pubis fins l\u2019estern a la vegada que realitzem l\u2019exercici amb cames i bra\u00e7os simult\u00e0niament. \u00c9s un exercici que implica una pressi\u00f3 abdominal important, per lo que a m\u00e9s a m\u00e9s indicar\u00edem fer contracci\u00f3 perineal.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/e5KKgeRoG74\" width=\"420\" height=\"315\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Com a conclusi\u00f3, informar com a fisioterapeuta que si hi ha cap alteraci\u00f3 muscular a nivell pelvi\u00e0 cal iniciar RHB per tal de con\u00e8ixer i activar b\u00e9, per\u00f2 no cal contraindicar un m\u00e8tode d\u2019entrenament com \u00e9s el Pilates, donat que tal i com diria Joseph Pilates \u2018hem de concentrar-nos en els moviments correctes cada cop que es realitza l\u2019exercici; si es fan de forma inadequada, es perden tots els beneficis vitals del seu valor\u2019.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Afegir finalment que un dels beneficis de la RHB del s\u00f2l pelvi\u00e0, \u00e9s el de millorar l\u2019autoestima i\u00a0els sentiments de confian\u00e7a en un mateix, aspectes freq\u00fcentment afectats en aquest tipus de pacients.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">N\u00faria Codina<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">(Fisioterapeuta, especialista en s\u00f2l pelvi\u00e0)<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Quan finalitzes una carrera com la de fisioterapeuta, igual que passa amb tantes altres, saps molt per\u00f2 en realitat no saps res.
