El m\u00e9s adequat \u00e9s utilitzar una manta el\u00e8ctrica o sac de calor que puguis adaptar a la zona del coll i les espatlles. Podem mantenir-la de 10 a 20 min.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2><strong>Automassatge<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Pot ser de gran ajuda per a millorar la sensaci\u00f3 de fatiga i sobrec\u00e0rrega muscular aix\u00ed com per a disminuir contractures i tensions localitzades.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Passos a seguir (vegeu figura 1)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol type=\"1\"><li>Amb els dits fem cercles lentament i anem pressionant de manera profunda. Comencem pel cap i base del crani i anem descendint pel coll fins a les espatlles. Tamb\u00e9 podem treballar altres zones si ho necessitem (la zona de la mand\u00edbula i la cara tamb\u00e9 pot acumular molta tensi\u00f3). Quan trobem punts de dolor podem mantenir-hi la pressi\u00f3 durant uns segons realitzant respiracions profundes.<\/li><li>Col\u00b7loquem les mans a la nuca i pincem la pell de manera profunda (entre el polze i la resta de dits). Fem uns moviments d&#8217;estirament i separaci\u00f3 en direcci\u00f3 a la part de davant del coll. Podem fer diverses repeticions variant una mica la zona de pressi\u00f3.<\/li><li>Repetim la t\u00e8cnica anterior ara amb un moviment ascendent, des de les esc\u00e0pules fins a les espatlles. Podem fer-ho amb les dues a la vegada o, si ens \u00e9s m\u00e9s c\u00f2mode, treballar cada espatlla amb la m\u00e0 contr\u00e0ria.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>El massatge pot durar entre 5 i 10 minuts i els moviments han de ser sempre lents i profunds. A m\u00e9s, amb la pr\u00e0ctica regular, ajudar\u00e0s a prevenir futures lesions i a millorar la postura.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c9s recomanable preparar la musculatura abans d&#8217;estirar aplicant calor uns 10 minuts o b\u00e9 realitzant un petit massatge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Postura inicial: Assegut o dret amb l&#8217;esquena recta, els peus a terra i les espatlles relaxades.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pauta a seguir (vegeu figura 2)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol type=\"1\"><li>Inclinem el cap acostant l&#8217;orella a l&#8217;espatlla, amb la m\u00e0 del mateix costat acompanyem el moviment suaument fins a notar la tensi\u00f3. Mantenir l&#8217;espatlla contr\u00e0ria baixada al m\u00e0xim, com si la m\u00e0 volgu\u00e9s anar a tocar a terra. Repetim a l&#8217;altre costat.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ol type=\"1\" start=\"2\"><li>Amb les mans a la nuca deixem caure el cap endavant, sense fer for\u00e7a, amb el simple pes dels bra\u00e7os notarem l&#8217;estirament a la zona de la nuca.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ol type=\"1\" start=\"3\"><li>Girem el cap i l&#8217;inclinem com si volgu\u00e9ssim mirar-nos l&#8217;aixella, amb la m\u00e0 del mateix costat acompanyem el moviment fins a notar la tensi\u00f3. Mantenim l&#8217;espatlla del costat de l&#8217;estirament ben baixa amb la m\u00e0 en direcci\u00f3 a terra. Repetim a l&#8217;altre costat.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ol type=\"1\" start=\"4\"><li>Posem les mans a l&#8217;al\u00e7ada de la clav\u00edcula i fem pressi\u00f3 per a bloquejar el moviment. Girem el cap en direcci\u00f3 contr\u00e0ria i el deixem caure suaument cap enrere.
