En aquest cas no solament pensem en dormir, sin\u00f3 tamb\u00e9 en un rep\u00f2s, com a m\u00ednim, f\u00edsic i mental.<\/span><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Dormir ho hem de fer cada dia i ho hem de fer b\u00e9, perqu\u00e8 \u00e9s una activitat que ens permet posar en marxa el proc\u00e9s de regeneraci\u00f3 del nostre organisme.\u00a0 S\u2019han fet molts estudis cient\u00edfics que han concl\u00f2s que dormir b\u00e9 durant les hores necess\u00e0ries aporten beneficis com:<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><b>&#8211; Es millora la mem\u00f2ria i la creativitat<\/b>. Pel mat\u00ed som capa\u00e7os de veure les coses m\u00e9s clares. Recordem la dita <i>\u201cabans de prendre una decisi\u00f3, ho haig de consultar amb el coix\u00ed\u201d<\/i>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><b>&#8211; Les faccions de la cara es relaxen, la pell millora la seva textura i disminueixen les bosses de sota els ulls, <\/b>entre d\u2019altres beneficis.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><b>&#8211; S\u2019incrementa la capacitat d\u2019assimilaci\u00f3 i d\u2019aprenentatge<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><b>&#8211; Ens ajuda a controlar el pes<\/b>. Segons la <b>Dra. Odile Romero<\/b> de la <a title=\"Unitat de la son Hospital Vall d'Hebron\" href=\"http:\/\/www.vhebron.net\/es\/unitat-de-la-son\" target=\"_blank\"><i>Unitat Multidisciplinar de la Son de l\u2019Hospital Universitari Vall d\u2019Hebron<\/i><\/a> , els pacients privats de la son tenen tend\u00e8ncia a l\u2019obesitat. Sembla que existeix una alteraci\u00f3 del metabolisme de la glucosa. El fet d\u2019incorporar <b>rutines saludables al dia a dia com: la relaxaci\u00f3, t\u00e8cniques de respiraci\u00f3, activitats de lleure, una bona alimentaci\u00f3&#8230;<\/b> Ens ajudar\u00e0 a descansar i ens aportar\u00e0 molts beneficis que ens mantindran m\u00e9s vitals.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Per acabar, us volem recomanar el llibre <a title=\"Descanso Activo.
