A partir de la gimn\u00e0stica, el ioga i la traumatologia, va esdevenir en un m\u00e8tode que uneix el <strong>treball de la for\u00e7a muscular<\/strong>, amb el <strong>control mental<\/strong>, la <strong>respiraci\u00f3<\/strong> i la <strong>relaxaci\u00f3<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<h2><strong>Quins s\u00f3n els seus principis en la rehabilitaci\u00f3?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>El treball de la respiraci\u00f3, l\u2019estabilitzaci\u00f3 i el control central, la dissociaci\u00f3 del moviment, la flexibilitzaci\u00f3, l\u2019enfortiment muscular i la coordinaci\u00f3. Tot aix\u00f2 es tradueix en una millora de la <strong>mobilitat<\/strong>, la <strong>coordinaci\u00f3<\/strong>, en un <strong>augment de la for\u00e7a i l\u2019estabilitat<\/strong>, i, en definitiva, en una <strong>millor postura<\/strong> que ens ajudar\u00e0 a <strong>prevenir lesions<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A trav\u00e9s de l&#8217;activaci\u00f3 del centre del poder, que compr\u00e8n la <strong>musculatura<\/strong> que forma la <strong>faixa muscular<\/strong> entre la part inferior de les nostres costelles fins a la nostra pelvis (diafragma, musculatura abdominal, lumbar, psoes, glutis, s\u00f2l pelvi\u00e0&#8230;), guanyarem control del nostre cos i un millor alineament.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Despr\u00e9s d\u2019una valoraci\u00f3 del pacient, s\u2019establiran uns objectius terap\u00e8utics a curt, mitj\u00e0 i llarg termini i els exercicis s\u2019adaptaran al nivell de cadasc\u00fa. A curt termini, podr\u00edem buscar la reducci\u00f3 del dolor i la millora de l\u2019autopercepci\u00f3 del cos, a mitj\u00e0 termini, una bona correcci\u00f3 postural i a llarg termini, mantenir la bona forma f\u00edsica per tal de prevenir recidives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2>Alguns exercicis de Pilates de nivell b\u00e0sic<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol type=\"1\"><li><strong>Pont de la pelvis<\/strong>: Partim estirats de panxa enlaire, amb els genolls flexionats, inspirarem i en espirar anirem pujant v\u00e8rtebra a v\u00e8rtebra fins a realitzar un pont. Mantenim 5 segons i baixarem v\u00e8rtebra a v\u00e8rtebra fins a tornar a la posici\u00f3 inicial.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-large
