I \u00e9s per aix\u00f2 que ara va augmentant el nombre de persones que aprofiten aquest <i>sprint<\/i> final per posar-se a dieta, anar al gimn\u00e0s, i en definitiva cuidar-se al m\u00e0xim per posar-se en forma i perdre uns quilos de m\u00e9s, per\u00f2 <b>vigila! hem de fer-ho amb responsabilitat. <\/b><\/span><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><b>Una dieta altament hipocal\u00f2rica i un increment excessiu en l&#8217;exercici f\u00edsic pot ser perjudicial<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">La majoria de les dietes que es promouen en aquesta \u00e8poca es distancien molt del que seria una dieta equilibrada i indueixen a una restricci\u00f3 molt severa, que generalment condueix a situacions: de manques nutricionals i alteracions metab\u00f2liques, i a una monotonia que les fa insostenibles en el temps i perilloses per a la salut. A m\u00e9s solen tenir en com\u00fa provocar l&#8217;anomenat <i>efecte ioio<\/i> (increment de pes superior al que hi havia abans de comen\u00e7ar la dieta, una vegada abandonada). De forma general, les anomenades <i>&#8220;dietes miracle&#8221;<\/i> es poden classificar en tres grups:<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">1) <b>Dietes hipocal\u00f2riques desequilibrades<\/b>: Aquestes dietes provoquen un efecte rebot que es tradueix en un augment de massa grassa i p\u00e8rdua de la muscular, existint una adaptaci\u00f3 metab\u00f2lica a la disminuci\u00f3 dr\u00e0stica de la ingesta energ\u00e8tica, que es caracteritza fonamentalment per una disminuci\u00f3 de la despesa energ\u00e8tica. Aquests r\u00e8gims solen ser mon\u00f2tons, a m\u00e9s de presentar nombrosos d\u00e8ficits en nutrients sobretot si es converteixen en llargs per\u00edodes de temps.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">2) <b>Dietes dissociatives<\/b>: Es basen en el fonament que els aliments no contribueixen a l&#8217;augment de pes per si mateixos, sin\u00f3 en consumir-se segons determinades combinacions. No limiten la ingesta d&#8217;aliments energ\u00e8tics sin\u00f3 que pretenen impedir el seu aprofitament com a substrat energ\u00e8tic amb la dissociaci\u00f3.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">3) <b>Dietes excloents<\/b>: es basen a eliminar de la dieta algun nutrient. Aquestes dietes poden ser:<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; padding-left: 30px;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">1) Riques en hidrats de carboni, sense l\u00edpids ni prote\u00efnes (produeixen una sobrec\u00e0rrega renal i hep\u00e0tica molt important).<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; padding-left: 30px;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">2) Riques en greix (produeixen greus alteracions metab\u00f2liques (<a title=\"acidosi\" href=\"http:\/\/www.medic.cat\/CGIBIN\/MEDICX.PGM\" target=\"_blank\">acidosi<\/a>, <a title=\"cetosi\" href=\"http:\/\/www.medic.cat\/cgibin\/medicx.pgm?GECART=0018517\" target=\"_blank\">cetosi<\/a>, augment de colesterol sanguini&#8230;).<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; padding-left: 30px;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">3) Riques en prote\u00efnes sense hidrats de carboni.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>En el proper post us donar\u00e9 consells per perdre pes de forma sana i equilibrada.<\/p>\n<p>Cristina S\u00e1nchez<\/p>\n<p>(Nutricionista)<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Sol, platja, piscina, relax, diversi\u00f3, desconnexi\u00f3,\u2026.
