{"id":787,"date":"2015-06-12T11:43:37","date_gmt":"2015-06-12T10:43:37","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.activasalut.com\/?p=787"},"modified":"2015-09-02T19:46:48","modified_gmt":"2015-09-02T17:46:48","slug":"el-proces-de-sentir","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.activasalut.com\/ca\/el-proces-de-sentir\/","title":{"rendered":"El proc\u00e9s de sentir"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En l\u2019article <em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.activasalut.com\/ca\/apren-a-sentir-el-teu-cos\/\" target=\"_blank\">Apr\u00e8n a sentir\u00a0el teu cos<\/a><\/em> es feia especial \u00e8mfasi en la necessitat de saber percebre aquells missatges que per diferents vies el nostre cos ens envia i que ens poden ajudar a prevenir algun tipus de malestar o si m\u00e9s no millorar la nostra qualitat de vida.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En <a href=\"http:\/\/tipi.pro\/media\/IMG-20150519-WA0077.jpg\" target=\"_blank\">La Contra de la Vanguardia del 19 de maig Luc Nicon<\/a>, pedagog i creador de la t\u00e8cnica <strong>TIPI<\/strong> (T\u00e8cnica d\u2019Identificaci\u00f3 Sensorial de les Pors Inconscients), explicava la possibilitat de controlar les emocions mitjan\u00e7ant les sensacions f\u00edsiques que apareixen.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Sabem que la respiraci\u00f3 \u00e9s fonamental a l\u2019hora de posar en pr\u00e0ctica algunes de les t\u00e8cniques que ens ajudaran en aquest proc\u00e9s de sentir<\/strong>. Els beneficis de la pr\u00e0ctica di\u00e0ria d\u2019exercicis espec\u00edfics de respiraci\u00f3 s\u00f3n molt elevats. <strong>En aquest post explicarem d\u2019un forma senzilla com a trav\u00e9s d\u2019un exercici de respiraci\u00f3 podem millorar la capacitat de percebre el nostre cos<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Quan i on fer-ho<\/strong>: Inicialment mentre no es tingui molta pr\u00e0ctica \u00e9s important fer-ho en una hora que sabem que no ens molestar\u00e0 ning\u00fa i triar un lloc tranquil, sense corrents d\u2019aire, ni fred ni calor. Amb el temps es podr\u00e0 realitzar en qualsevol lloc.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Posici\u00f3 de partida<\/strong>: Asseguts en una cadira c\u00f2moda, els peus han d\u2019arribar a terra, l\u2019esquena recta i les mans es poden posar sobre els genolls. Tamb\u00e9 es pot realitzar assegut a terra sobre un coix\u00ed amb els genolls plegats, les mans sobre els genolls i l\u2019esquena recta. Es millor fer-ho sense sabates, amb uns mitjons o simplement descal\u00e7os<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Com comen\u00e7ar<\/strong>: Tancarem els ulls (sense for\u00e7ar) i no ens preocuparem de la respiraci\u00f3, el ritme ha de ser el normal i la intensitat tamb\u00e9. A partir d\u2019aquest punt anirem revisant la situaci\u00f3 de les diferents parts del cos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8211; Si estem asseguts en una cadira, hem de percebre que les plantes dels dos peus toquen per igual al terra. Els dits han d\u2019estar relaxats.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8211; Els genolls relaxats. Qualsevol posici\u00f3 que es prengui ha de ser c\u00f2mode i la musculatura de les dues cames ha d\u2019estar relaxada. Podem comen\u00e7ar a percebre si hi ha diferencies de percepcions entre les dues extremitats<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8211; L\u2019esquena ha d\u2019estar recta, sense for\u00e7ar. Si estem al terra i la tend\u00e8ncia es caure endarrere, ens asseurem sobre un coix\u00ed de forma que ens ajudi a mantenir la columna recta.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8211; Les espatlles relaxades (sempre hi ha tend\u00e8ncia a aixecar-les), els palmells de les mans sobre els genolls, dits relaxats.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8211; Finalment revisarem que les
