{"id":8445,"date":"2022-01-20T13:01:13","date_gmt":"2022-01-20T12:01:13","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.activasalut.com\/?p=8445"},"modified":"2022-01-26T15:57:51","modified_gmt":"2022-01-26T14:57:51","slug":"la-importancia-de-la-postura-als-docents","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.activasalut.com\/ca\/la-importancia-de-la-postura-als-docents\/","title":{"rendered":"La import\u00e0ncia de la postura als docents"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>A la feina passem llargues jornades i el cos es veu sotm\u00e8s en moltes ocasions a males posicions, sobrec\u00e0rregues i tensions que s&#8217;acaben traduint en dolor a l&#8217;aparell locomotor i en una fatiga muscular.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La postura \u00e9s la manera que t\u00e9 el cos de reaccionar a l&#8217;entorn, es defineix com a postura saludable o correcta la que mant\u00e9 l&#8217;alineaci\u00f3 sim\u00e8trica i proporcional dels segments corporals al voltant de l&#8217;eix de gravetat. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<p>La postura ideal d\u2019una persona \u00e9s la que no exagera o augmenta la columna cervical, la dorsal o la lumbar; \u00e9s a dir que mant\u00e9 les curvatures naturals o fisiol\u00f2giques al seu lloc. Si som capa\u00e7os de mantenir aquestes curvatures alineades, assegurem que el pes est\u00e0 ben repartit en el conjunt de discos intervertebrals, protegint-los i fent que es conservin millor durant m\u00e9s temps.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4>En el col\u00b7lectiu docent observem l&#8217;adopci\u00f3 de dues postures amb m\u00e9s freq\u00fc\u00e8ncia.<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p> La primera ve per la necessitat de mantenir llargs per\u00edodes drets quan han de fer classe i la segona per la necessitat de realitzar una sedestaci\u00f3 prolongada quan s\u2019executen tasques com la preparaci\u00f3 de classes, correcci\u00f3 d&#8217;ex\u00e0mens\u2026 Aquestes tasques sovint s\u00f3n davant de l&#8217;ordinador port\u00e0til o tauleta. La principal part afectada en tots dos casos \u00e9s la columna vertebral, encara que hi ha difer\u00e8ncies entre una situaci\u00f3 i una altra.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Al post d&#8217;avui analitzarem la primera postura<strong> (bipedestaci\u00f3 perllongada)<\/strong>. En aquesta postura hi ha una tend\u00e8ncia a augmentar la curvatura de la zona lumbar (hiperlordosi lumbar) i aix\u00f2 provoca un increment de la pressi\u00f3 interdiscal a aquest nivell. A m\u00e9s, es veu una tend\u00e8ncia a la <strong>retracci\u00f3 de la cadena muscular posterior<\/strong> (escur\u00e7ament dels m\u00fasculs erectors espinals i isquiotibials) pel fet d&#8217;haver de mantenir la posici\u00f3 erecta contra la gravetat. Tot aix\u00f2 comporta una sobrec\u00e0rrega muscular, signes de fatiga o debilitat i l\u2019aparici\u00f3 de dolor en alguns casos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-large is-resized\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.activasalut.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/long-working-hours-and-health-young-female-with-backache-woman-with-back-pain-on-gray-1-scaled.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.activasalut.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/long-working-hours-and-health-young-female-with-backache-woman-with-back-pain-on-gray-1-1024x684.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-8450\" width=\"768\" height=\"513\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.activasalut.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/long-working-hours-and-health-young-female-with-backache-woman-with-back-pain-on-gray-1-1024x684.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/www.activasalut.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/long-working-hours-and-health-young-female-with-backache-woman-with-back-pain-on-gray-1-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.activasalut.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/long-working-hours-and-health-young-female-with-backache-woman-with-back-pain-on-gray-1-768x513.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.activasalut.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/long-working-hours-and-health-young-female-with-backache-woman-with-back-pain-on-gray-1-1536x1026.jpg 1536w, https:\/\/www.activasalut.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/long-working-hours-and-health-young-female-with-backache-woman-with-back-pain-on-gray-1-2048x1367.jpg 2048w, https:\/\/www.activasalut.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/long-working-hours-and-health-young-female-with-backache-woman-with-back-pain-on-gray-1-604x402.jpg 604w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 768px) 100vw, 768px\" \/><\/a><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c9s fonamental en el docent evitar o minimitzar aquestes conseq\u00fc\u00e8ncies, comen\u00e7ant per tenir una bona consci\u00e8ncia de la seva postura quan s\u2019est\u00e0 dret, procurar mantenir les cames separades a l&#8217;amplada dels malucs, genolls lleugerament flexionats i aprendre a mantenir les curvatures de l\u2019esquena alineades, a escala lumbar ser\u00e0 important realitzar l&#8217;exercici de <strong>b\u00e0scula pelviana<\/strong> (amagar la panxa amb la intenci\u00f3 d&#8217;elevar la pelvis) aix\u00f2 permet evitar la hiperlordosi lumbar, activar la zona abdominal i, per tant, que se sobrecarregui menys la zona, millorant d&#8217;una manera considerable la nostra postura.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5>Per a l&#8217;escur\u00e7ament de la cadena muscular posterior caldr\u00e0 fer una pauta d&#8217;exercicis encaminada a estirar aquests m\u00fasculs, per tal de disminuir-ne la tensi\u00f3 i millorar-ne l&#8217;oxigenaci\u00f3. Us deixo un parell d&#8217;exemples d&#8217;aquests exercicis:<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.activasalut.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/Captura-1.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" width=\"1024\" height=\"397\" src=\"https:\/\/www.activasalut.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/Captura-1-1024x397.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-8453\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.activasalut.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/Captura-1-1024x397.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/www.activasalut.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/Captura-1-300x116.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.activasalut.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/Captura-1-768x298.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.activasalut.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/Captura-1.jpg 1483w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Est\u00e0 comprovat que mantenir una bona postura corporal beneficia a molts nivells, no nom\u00e9s en l\u2019\u00e0mbit de l&#8217;aparell locomotor, sin\u00f3 tamb\u00e9 visceral millorant algunes funcions tan fonamentals com s\u00f3n la respiraci\u00f3 o la digesti\u00f3. Sense oblidar-nos de l&#8217;aspecte est\u00e8tic on tamb\u00e9 juga un paper rellevant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Al final sigui quina sigui la postura en qu\u00e8 passem m\u00e9s temps a la feina, hem de ser conscients de la responsabilitat que tenim en la cura de la mateixa i que est\u00e0 totalment a la nostra m\u00e0 el fet de poder modificar-la o millorar-la per tal d\u2019evitar totes les conseq\u00fc\u00e8ncies que es deriven duna mala posici\u00f3. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Us animo que cada dia us observeu durant uns segons com esteu col\u00b7locats i en funci\u00f3 d&#8217;aix\u00f2 preneu les mesures corresponents per assegurar-vos que esteu en la postura correcta.
