Aquest cicle fa que passis per diferents fases i els nivells hormonals tamb\u00e9 canvien. Pel que, les nostres necessitats i les nostres respostes tamb\u00e9 seran diferents. La durada \u00e9s variable en cada dona (aprox. 3-6 dies). \u00c9s un mecanisme de depuraci\u00f3 del cos i una fase inflamat\u00f2ria. En aquesta fase ets m\u00e9s sensible al dolor, et sents m\u00e9s lenta i cansada. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pots aprofitar per a fer <strong>exercicis per a relaxar cos i ment<\/strong>, com <strong>ioga, postural&nbsp;training<\/strong>, o <strong>meditaci\u00f3<\/strong>. Tamb\u00e9 pots usar calor localitzada com a analg\u00e8sia per als dolors menstruals. \u00c9s un moment perqu\u00e8 no abusis del caf\u00e8 ni de l&#8217;alcohol. Disminueix una mica l&#8217;energia de la fase anterior, per\u00f2 pots seguir amb el mateix treball o comen\u00e7ar amb el de la seg\u00fcent fase.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En les fases fol\u00b7licular i ovulat\u00f2ria et recomano prendre aliments rics en: vitamina A i C (antioxidants), aliments proteics i \u00e0cids grassos poliinsaturats (peix blau, llavors i fruites seques). <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En els seg\u00fcents dies apareix la<strong> fase l\u00fatia<\/strong> (aprox.&nbsp;6&nbsp;dies). Disminueix lleument l&#8217;energia en comparaci\u00f3 amb la fase fol\u00b7licular. \u00c9s un bon moment perqu\u00e8 facis <strong>exercicis de baixa intensitat i altes repeticions<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:60px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h4>\u00daltima fase, pren-t&#8217;ho amb calma<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>L&#8217;\u00faltima <strong>fase<\/strong> \u00e9s la <strong>premenstrual<\/strong> (aprox.&nbsp;5&nbsp;dies). \u00c9s la fase on tens <strong>menys energia<\/strong>, est\u00e0s m\u00e9s feble, ap\u00e0tica, la teva capacitat de recuperaci\u00f3 \u00e9s m\u00e9s lenta i la capacitat de musculaci\u00f3 redu\u00efda. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pots treballar la flexibilitat, menstrual<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>T&#8217;aconsello limitar la sal a la teva dieta, prendre alguna infusi\u00f3 di\u00fcr\u00e8tica (te verd, cua de cavall&#8230;), prendre aliments antiinflamatoris (c\u00farcuma), evitar el sucre, consumir vegetals verds, i aliments rics en calci i ferro (s\u00e8sam, llegums i lactis)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:60px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h4>\u00daltims consells<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>A totes les fases \u00e9s bo que mantinguis uns <strong>h\u00e0bits saludables<\/strong>: una bona hidrataci\u00f3, exercici f\u00edsic adaptat, aportacions de vitamina D (sol), dormir suficient, respectar els cicles circadiaris i fer servir alguna t\u00e8cnica per a reduir <strong>l&#8217;estr\u00e8s<\/strong>.
