Entre els quals destaquem, al post d&#8217;avui, l&#8217;afectaci\u00f3 de la microbiota intestinal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<p>Per tant, patir ansietat afectar\u00e0 la composici\u00f3 i l&#8217;estabilitat de la nostra salut intestinal, a causa de la interrelaci\u00f3 que t\u00e9 l&#8217;intest\u00ed amb les nostres emocions a trav\u00e9s de la comunicaci\u00f3 bidireccional de <strong>l&#8217;eix intest\u00ed-microbiota-cervell<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-large is-resized\"><a quan sentim ansietat, busquem <strong>m\u00e8todes de compensaci\u00f3<\/strong> i gratificaci\u00f3 com s\u00f3n la ingesta excessiva de sucre que augmenta els nivells de dopamina al cervell, generant una sensaci\u00f3 de benestar moment\u00e0nia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-large is-resized\"><a el que produir\u00e0 \u00e9s <strong>un desequilibri en els bacteris<\/strong> de la microbiota intestinal (disbiosi intestinal), que alhora ens produir\u00e0 <strong>una alteraci\u00f3 del sistema nervi\u00f3s<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En canvi, una alimentaci\u00f3 variada, equilibrada, aliments prebi\u00f2tics i un consum m\u00e9s gran d&#8217;aliments \u201creal food\u201d (aliments que no han estat industrialment processats), poden revertir el desequilibri de la microbiota intestinal, que alhora <strong>pot regular l&#8217;ansietat<\/strong> a trav\u00e9s de neurotransmissors com el GABA i la serotonina que estan associades a la sensaci\u00f3 de pau, tranquil\u00b7litat i millora de l&#8217;estat an\u00edmic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3><strong>S\u00edmptomes de
