Com a resposta us diria que el m\u00e9s valu\u00f3s \u00e9s observar i identificar els perills ambientals, prestar atenci\u00f3 a la manera com fem les activitats i interaccionem amb l&#8217;entorn, cercar solucions als riscos i aplicar estrat\u00e8gies per a modificar-los i millorar la nostra seguretat quotidiana.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3><strong>Modificacions a l&#8217;entorn i altres estrat\u00e8gies per a prevenir les caigudes a casa<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>A casa \u00e9s important revisar els llocs amb m\u00e9s risc per a una caiguda, com s\u00f3n el dormitori, el bany, la sala d&#8217;estar, la cuina i les escales. A continuaci\u00f3, us facilitem unes consideracions generals i d&#8217;altres espec\u00edfiques per a les diferents estades del domicili.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3><strong>Consideracions generals<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Il\u00b7luminar b\u00e9 totes les zones de tr\u00e0nsit, garantint punts de llum i interruptors accessibles<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Eliminar els obstacles del terra, com ara cables el\u00e8ctrics, joguines, sabates\u2026<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Disposar d&#8217;espai lliure per despla\u00e7ar-nos i passar b\u00e9, per exemple, amb el caminador, retirant o reorganitzant caminar a les fosques a la nit<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Encendre el llum, cal\u00e7ar-nos i esperar uns minuts abans de posar-nos drets<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Col\u00b7locar les coses d&#8217;\u00fas habitual a o dutxa sigui rellisc\u00f3s, podem utilitzar productes o adhesius antilliscants ben fixats a la superf\u00edcie<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Emprar un seient a la dutxa o banyera, que s&#8217;adapti a les etc.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3><strong>A la cuina<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Col\u00b7loqueu les coses d&#8217;\u00fas habitual a l&#8217;abast, evitant posar-les per sobre de les espatlles o per sota dels genolls<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Evitar la utilitzaci\u00f3 de superf\u00edcies inestables com cadires, tamborets\u2026 per assolir objectes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mantenir el terra net d&#8217;olis,
